@@H0N3YC0MB_ I'll give you the general setting without spoiling too much: He fell for a girl and had a child with her but due to extreme circumstances after Xie Lian's first descension... he can't give the best to the only girl who he liked and to their soon-to-be child. He didn't make there on the most crucial point... Somewhere and sometime due to someone's (direct/indirect) scheme, the woman died so with the fetus of their unborn child without him knowing.
Funfact, it's actually just formality, it says in the book that most Heavenly Official's just say it because it used to be his title, but it doesn't hold any meaning when most officials address him like that
"I'm afraid your family is too poor for maids. What a pity" Lets admit it everyone, he is cold but we love him for it and that part where we see him dressed as a women for a second though😂
I was thinking won't this be a spoiler for the ones who haven't the read the book... but there's no way people didn't read the book after season 1... MQ's eng dub is actually quite good i'm surprised... but i love the way the og MQ says Tàizǐ diànxià

When I first watched the anime, I had no idea that Mu Qing and Feng Xin were disguised as the two deputy generals. Now having read all 8 books, I decided to rewatch Season 1 and there are so many subtle little jabs at the two of them made by Hua Cheng 💀 completely changed the season for me LMFAO Like when they were trying to get him to drink the water to reveal his true form and he was like "Nah...😅 You drink it instead, it's your water.😈" 💀or when he threw a broom at Fu Yao when he first met him, knowing it would set him off KRFUWHXUDHEB
😂, I like it when the donghua version of him have same character as mu Qing in the novel at manhua I think there are changes/switch characters between the two so I got confused when I watched the donghua but as expected for mu qings attitude u will simply notice him😊 Also, i love how mxtx plot the story of this 3 boys, their friendships and loyalty to xieLian despite what happened to their past life.

as someone who was a big fan of felix fe and a big fan of mu qing i screamed so loud when i found out they were going to share a va, its perfect really and also same some parts rly sound like him (its part of the tsundere cat charm)

I am so glad once I started reading tgcf I didn’t use yt or tiktok until I finished, I opened tt and within five minutes got spoiled for tgcf so I was like NO and just speedran the entire novel series 😭

I like that muqing is always being mean and using sour words not like fengxin Mainly because deep down he doesn’t think of himself as a servant to XL but a true friend I think this is kinda sweet That’s also expressed at the end of the story Muqing called his highness xielian By his name This is so sweet to me You have a very kind hearted and pride friend willing to wash your clothes for you If I am xielian I will adore him like xielian does so Muqing is just talkingly mean All his deeds are secretly sweet This little elf❤
This is a big spoiler :( i wish it had a spoiler warning because I seriously loved the twist in the book and was not expecting it. It was actually one of the few twists I’ve ever read that has actually satisfied me and I didn’t see coming
He is 😂 He’s Mu Qing but he’s disguising himself as Fu Yao while on this mission, you can tell by the voices, Mu Qing and Fu Yao have the same voice and personality, and also San Lang also hints at it in season 1 😂
I WAS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO MAKE THIS JOKE. as someone who went from loving fe3h to tgcf i yelled when the voice actor was revealed to be felix's, it makes perfect sense
