To anyone confused by the many Swedish comments, this song has been used since 1961 as the vignette of a Swedish national radio (Sveriges Radio) daily sports broadcast, Sportextra. As a bonus track, here's an a capella interpretation performed at a sportsman's ball by the Swedish group Galenskaparna, twenty years after their first performance of the song: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dJ6mr7ElBF4.html
Vänta bara: SVT/SR är snart "on the case"!
Awesum! What memories of listening to this as a child while my father played it on our old capitol stereo! To see the actually playing is amazing and my dad would of been out of his mind to see this! Its nice to be able to see all our favorites here!Thx u tube!
@digitalanoy Depends on what you mean by "the original". But this is not the album version (or the one we hear on swedish radio), no. It's too fast for that. Counting intro and extro in this video this version is about 15 seconds shorter. The quiet section at around 01:00 is at least a whole bar longer in the album version. Google for "Hör Sportextras signatur Mucho Gusto", pick the first link, then on that page, select the link with the same text for the song.
When you turn on P4 at 19:30 every damm day, WTF SR, reuse your jingles from 2011 P4 Morning instead, much better, Tho the "Official P4 Theme song" stopped being used at the same time Skyrim came out
