Mucking out Church after Hurricane Florence 

Harkers Island NC two weeks after Hurricane Florence.
(Fyi, the LDS Church was fine)

Two hundred and fifty members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints from Southern Virginia went to Harkers Island NC to help with cleanup efforts.
Many are going back to help next week. Still plenty of work to do. Tons of downed trees. Just about every house has blue tarps on its roof.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints supplied shovels, wheel borrows, chainsaws AND SAFETY GEAR. It was an impressive operation. Crews with yellow shirts could be seen working all over the city.
