Such a good video! Nice to see the bikes getting used properly and pushed to the limits. Amazing videography as well! Curious if the legend behind the camera had to ride most/all of the same track but with camera gear😂?
I'm impressed with what can be done with those KTM ADV bikes. I just bought a used 790S but has cartridges in the forks and a aftermarket shock sprung for my weight. Coming off my KTM 300 is intimidating thinking about what I should expect to be able to do with the beast.
What was that "rain coat" that you pulled out of your bag. Looks tiny and super lightweight. Perfect for rides where you aren't planning on getting rained on, but want something on hand just in case.
I wanna a video of the valve check on your buddies 790. Owning a 20' 790 adv my valves where good but there getting some bad press in the US poor heat treated cams! Parts supply chain is Slim!
Hello! Great video and an incredible skill level. A friend of mine and I clutched on this thing. What type of knee protection did you guys wear in this video? Braces or other knee protection? $100 on stake
Hi Chris, Just wanted to know how to get adventure bikes soooo clean. is it time related or some miracle products used to bring back that shine. I'm good with cars but bikes have so many nooks and crannies.
So you are obviously a huge 890 fan....but if you had only 1 bike and 2 to choose from, the 690 or the 890. Which would you choose? Just curious. Because those are my choices this spring time. Mainly BDR style riding and riding to and from the routes....well WA, ID, OR, AND MT, further away and I would trailer the bike. Hopefully yiu have time to answer. If not, I get it. Thanks...from PNW Dual Sport Riders group.
@@ChrisBirchNZ thanks for your feed back. Kind of figured youbwould lean that way. Its kind of the way im.leaning too. Keep doing what you do. Love your stuff.
I don´t like these staged bits. Commercials are the worst. I get that Chris is amazing on any bike in any terrain, I won´t argue that. But all the little tidbits are just annoying. 0 points, mostly beacuse of all the wheelies and "hot wheels stuff". The rest of it is pretty normal for an adventure. Get stuck, help your mates out, stop to catch your breath and a bite. Everything around it is a bluff though, to almost any other human in this world.
