MUGEN AI Patch Release: Ice Climber by RAIKOU 

Hey everyone, back with yet another AI patch, this time for RAIKOU's Ice Climber. I saw this get demoted to F Division on SpriteClub and decided to patch it on a whim. The results pretty much speak for themselves.
