إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ كَانُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يَضْحَكُونَ ٢٩ Indeed, the wicked used to laugh at the believers, وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ ٣٠ wink to one another whenever they passed by, وَإِذَا ٱنقَلَبُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِمُ ٱنقَلَبُوا۟ فَكِهِينَ ٣١ and muse ˹over these exploits˺ upon returning to their own people. وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ ٣٢ And when they saw the faithful, they would say, “These ˹people˺ are truly astray,” وَمَآ أُرْسِلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ حَـٰفِظِينَ ٣٣ even though they were not sent as keepers over the believers. فَٱلْيَوْمَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْكُفَّارِ يَضْحَكُونَ ٣٤ But on that Day the believers will be laughing at the disbelievers, عَلَى ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ يَنظُرُونَ ٣٥ as they sit on ˹canopied˺ couches, looking on. هَلْ ثُوِّبَ ٱلْكُفَّارُ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْعَلُونَ ٣٦ ˹The believers will be asked,˺ “Have the disbelievers ˹not˺ been paid back for what they used to do?” QURAN 83:29-36

Let them then taste this: boiling water and ˹oozing˺ pus, and other torments of the same sort! ˹The misleaders will say to one another,˺ “Here is a crowd ˹of followers˺ being thrown in with us. They are not welcome, ˹for˺ they ˹too˺ will burn in the Fire.” The followers will respond, “No! You are not welcome! You brought this upon us. What an evil place for settlement!” Adding, “Our Lord! But (He lets you fight) in order to test some of you with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allah, He will never let their deeds be lost. سَيَهْدِيهِمْ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَهُمْ He will guide them and set right their state. وَيُدْخِلُهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ عَرَّفَهَا لَهُمْ And admit them to Paradise which He has made known to them. [Muhammad 47:4-6] Polytheists like you were given respite after the Books were revealed.
