Naga army of early days till 1980s were the real freedom fighters with true determination, sacrifice and dedication but after the A to Z factions of our Naga army i dont respect and regard them. I think nowdays most of the Naga army joined only for their individual benifit. Dont mind coz truth hurts.

The rank of a Sgt. major is usually given to battle tested or experienced soldiers with proven capabilities. Despite his age , joining the struggle at such a young age speaks volumes of his mindset unlike many who join only for their selfish ends. Congrats soldier .

Before I thought Nagas are one and united. However when i came to know the truth then i realized that they are very communal to each other and divided on the basis of tribes and sub tribes. Corruption is also huge rampant,extortion, multiple militants and trapping these youths in the name of naga solution for their vested interest. How many children may been become orphans, someone lost their belove brothers,sisters and so on. The irony is that there are leaders of these groups are enjoying like kings from the bloodshed of these youths. I have learned a lot when i stay only one month in Nagaland.

My father join nscn k in late 70s he fought many battles against indian army force, the last battle he fought in Myanmar border most of his friends are died and some escape. In 1999 my father was discharged. My hero my dad he was also sergeant major during that time. Long live Naga army✊
Sometimes children's are attracted by guns etc but the reality of being soldiers is different this type of youngster should study hard and study naga history and become naga aware...he just show off...not reel but real...pliz educate them my dear Naga bro .........educate more and be prepared more and Naga army will remain strong....

Why are the people hailing and appreciating being the youngest, it is basically recruitment of Child soldiers and motivating Child soldiers(Naga factions looks like African terrorist ,ISIS and mafias recruiting Children for their own selfish greed and not like the past freedom fighters Nagas) ,what they need is education and any concern educated adult will educate them first before handing the gun if so called for their "cause" .If so eager maybe after 18+ . Children will be brainwashed by their leader or whom he idolised and will turn a problem child later on with lack of education Media should mock the one who recruited him and educate him not hail,what will he know about real Naga cause when he was child barely old enough to read a book or grab what is the deep rights or deep wrongs And saying for "Naga cause " . any concern Naga person should refrain themselves in joining these faction to end it for the need of the hour and real "Naga cause" and Maybe one day God will makes us freedom when we become self reliance , factions need to come to end as they cannot unite and hampering Naga to become self-reliance
Can anyone name any Naga group or factions claiming to be fighting for Naga independence and really working towards eliminating social problems created by various so-called Naga army through extortion and taxation? If there is any single group that stops such social menaces in Naga society, what a commendable Naga nation workers. True freedom fighters or any Naga faction groups should start freeing Nagas from illegal and multiple taxations, extortion and threats to Naga Entrepreneurs and business society and the general public. They should implement such orders to give proper lessons to those uneducated youths running around the towns using the name of Naga Freedom Fighter but fighting for their pocket money using threats. No faith in the present Naga factions. Only few are working really hard to free us but majority of those so-called Freedom fighters are not freedom fighters but a trouble maker and Snatchers of others freedom.
