Thanks for the tip. I'll get out some sandpaper and spend some time getting them into shape. I'll probably also sand down the flags themselves a little. I was really surprised how easily I was getting hung up on the shallow set pins.

tumbl3r It will be time well spent. It will only get worse as you move on to more difficult keyways. I've found that those cheap Chinese diamond jewelers files are near perfect for this job.
