Hi, my husband bought me a handheld nebuliser/inhaler machine. And I was thinking of making a mullein tea and letting it go cold and put some in the little machine! Would that be safe to do? I hope you can understand what I mean. I have COPD.
Hi i have been suffering with chronic sinusitis for over two years i started on mullein elixers and noticed a little benefit but the mucus in my nose/chest just keeps building up. I do a nasal rinse regulary also, the wait time for surgery is very long is there anything you could recommend that could ease my symptoms untill then? Thank you in advance
