Puddin, I have to admit that when I was watching your video of you power washing aunt Florence or whatever her name is, I was trying to decide who was more lame, You for posting a power washing video or myself and all of the other subscribers for watching it!
I found my 77 Camaro in someone's front yard just parked for many years and I drove it home and now after one year I've done a ton of work to it and it's my daily driver. I love it so much
Greatest thing about being a new subscriber is the hours of past episodes to enjoy. I love the long format video's as well and the editing for me is spot on. I think that mullet hairdo should be mandatory on all "Doughnut Corner" rides. Duff is kool AF. " "As long as you're hav'en fun"
Nice one Mortski! GM kept the column shift linkage on the floor shift cars to actuate the column lock, neutral safety/ backup lamp switch and shift indicator. The collar on the column still rotates like a column shift. That comes in handy when the floor shifter cable snaps due to bad body grounds, lol. That was a big problem on GM floor shift cars BITD.
I had a 78 Z28. Dad bought it from a friend in 86 and I sold it back to him in 14. Really regret selling it. It’s been fully restored. His boys owned a body shop. That’s the only thing I had yet to do.
When he pulled that Camaro in gear and started rollin out the shop sounding like a grain truck from the 60s. That was the most merica thing I've seen this year. Keep up the good work bossman
I'm telling you bro, this Camaro is the gift that just keeps on a givin...you found some of the factory parts, the rear window louvers, the headlight and fog light covers, some Kraco 6x9s in their own box for the old rear deck, this is most definitely someone's high school whip and I can almost guarantee they had a mullet. I'm 38, and when I was single digits my oldest sister used to take me to Robb High School in Allentown, PA for her senior year with her boyfriend at the time (who is now her husband), and he had a spiked mullet (spiked on the top, mullet in the back) and he had a 1974 Charger with a 383 and a 4 speed with about 30 toggle switches for random things in the car, but it was loud, it was fast, and it had the old school Cragar magnesium looking wheels with the slots.
Another great video. The cable from the shifter going to the column is so when you lock the key you can't put it in neutral. Yep that locking plier guy did a great job of filling his Buick tank from his boat tank... DOH!
I was working on my 71 C10, the points needed adjusted and the timing was out. I had left it setting since 08. She's running good for a old 307. This made my Monday. Thanks
Nothing like the softball jacket wrapped around the captain’s seat and the big “S” for “Snakebite!” painted on the boss of the steering wheel! They parked it in 1996 in despair after Metallica released “Load.”
Mortske Monday never disappoints. That frigin tranny filter splashing in the pan after all the damn water was priceless. Thanks Mortske that was Mint..Mortske's Minty Monday🐾
I thought you were turning those caliper bolts the wrong way. I've done the same thing which required putting a extension pipe on my strong arm to break them loose😖
Love the pup he just loves ❤️ going for rides and when ya were doing donuts he was smiling it looked like and just holding on lol such a beautiful pup godbless and stay safe
1969 First, the division will supply as original equipment on about 80 percent of General Motors car divisions' 1971 model cars, the new Delco sealed side terminal (ST) battery. This new battery design was introduced by Delco-Remy in 1969, but has been available only in the after-market. Also revealed by the GM Division is a new maintenance free battery which includes the sealed terminal design and, at the same time, incorporates important other new features.Aug 1, 1970
I had a classmate that had a red berlinetta back in the day. I remember hearing stories about that car and the activities that went on inside. Glad to see another F-Body on the channel. They get nicer every time you get one. You really need to find another one, poor Duff will be sad till you do.
I remember going with my brother to buy his brand new camaro in June 1980. Was an awesome car. Brand spanking new, with that new car smell! So much fun. He had it till 1986 when he traded it for a new Trans am. That was a sweet ride too.
Mortske, I’m only 26 minutes into the video, but side post batteries started on Pontiac 455’s in 1971. Was supposed to be revolutionary. I think it is crap. Anyway back to Duff and friend. By the way, a woman walks into a bar with a big dog. Bartender says “Hey, you can’t bring that pig in here!” The lady says “That’s not a pig SIR”. Bartender says “excuse me, I was talking to the dog!” Ha ha! Big Al.
Hello again from the UK. Another enjoyable video, I'm really enjoying watching your channel. Duff looks like he was enjoying the ride. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Just when i was wondering to myself "where's mortske been? It's been a little bit" and then BAM! Content for 1.5 HOURS? You're spoiling us! INSTANT LIKE! Love the content AS ALWAYS.
She's a keeper! With Muscle Cars thinning out in the general market, late 70's-80's cars are next in line to go up in desirability. Prices on them have been reflecting the shift for quite a few years now.
Hey mortsky. Great Job. I like camaro. Its a good looking car. Make the engine better. New tires good exhaust. New front grill. Makes it better. And more donuts. Keep on going . Was s great video
Doh!! The comedy styling of Mortsky awesome SnakebT and his Canadian Tuxedo.. Duff dogs 🐕on duty watching and inspecting the hybrid! Party on Garth mullet boy
All that time spent developing a self deploring side vent exhaust pipe and you go and sell it. All I hope is that you got the development costs back😃. Mortske you done me good old chap, I so needed this after a grim day, please keep up the brilliant work chuckles. Gary 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Oh no! This video brought back such bad memories. My son bought the same year, same color Camaro a few years ago. And I (like a sap) have been fixing it for free ever since. I hope that the next time that he buys a "project car" that he is kind enough to ask me what kind of car I would like to be fixing FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! lmao. Thanks for entertaining us. Looking forward to the next one.
My dad had a big box full of Quadrabogs back in the day. When I was a kid, I’d take them apart and put them back together. The first few took forever. I got to where I could do it in my sleep.
“Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosey” then you went the wrong way!! Perfect!!! It was hard to keep my attention on the camero as I was falling in love with the truck!! I want that one too!!! Gotta quit watching these videos
Dang... i had my 94 tassle hanging in my 89 Firebird Formula 350... my 24 year old self destroyed that car and she was minty before i decided ti make a dang drag car out of it!
Mullet Morske and his faithful side kick Duff are at it again with more starter motor action and dodgy burnouts! If only those seat stains could talk🤢keep em coming vids are spot on 👍
Having a "honey-do" list is much better than NOT having a honey-do list. I lost my wife of 25 years in Feb of 2021 and I tell ya... I'd give anything to have my honey-do back. Thanks for sharing! 💙🙏🏼
@@MortskeRepair IDK how this got here lol. I thought I was commenting on Puddin's last post to his 2nd channel where he was talking about having a "honey-do" list but I guess it had already jumped to the next video up to play and got on here. Regardless, I'm appreciative
Simple quick trick I always use when replacing breaks . I unbolt the caliper leave the old pad's in it, leave it in place, and use a pri bar or large Flathead to spread The calipers. That way I don't fight it as much and the disks hold it in place for me. I don't know if that makes sense the way I'm explaining it but it works for me. Lol One day maybe I'll be smart enough to get 1 of those Caliper spreading tools.
Pretty nice Camaro, Not new but a great LS 1 conversion project with not much cost and then install a 1973 Dog house nose and Wham Ho Great cruise in Camaro with a lot of Class. Be the envy of Chevy Camaro owners everywhere.
