If the City of Norfolk owns the garage and people pay a monthly fee to park there, then it should be consistently patrolled. That's kind of ridiculous.
From what I understand the guy in charge of security gets paid 200k per year for it and yet they can't get the cameras operational or anything. It's kind of silly.
@@Dan-di9jd That is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not from Southhampton Roads originally... born and raised in the Northeast. I've lived here for about 16 years and the level of incompetence in local government is unreal - lol.
@@christinet6336 the major problem is they’re turning the luxury apartments into section 8 housings and it’s bringing a lot of crime into the area. They’re driving businesses out and letting the criminal and homeless element in.
