D'Arreion Nuriyah Toles was blocked from entering his St. Louis, Missouri, apartment by a white woman, who repeatedly questioned if he lived there. Toles captured the encounter on video. Since the video’s release, the woman has been fired from her job. Toles has said he does not wish to press charges against her.

The white woman in this video is married to a black man. After another woman who lived in this same apartment building was mugged at that same door, the Homeowners Association sent out several flyers requesting that residents not allow anyone in unless they personally know that person or the person wanting in shows a key fob to prove they live there. She was trying to follow those instructions.

Charges for what, exactly? Upholding the security of the building to protect herself and her neighbors? I'ts SO easy and simple to demonstrate to a neighbor you might not know that you are a resident. He resisted EVERY single attempt, and that's CLEAR cause for genuine suspicion. She did it right. He didn't. I don't care what color their skins are (though I'm sure that's ALL you care about). It doesn't matter. Facts are facts, and it's a dangerous world, especially when Democrats let people get away with horrific crimes on racial and political grounds. That's just plain evil. People have to be more cautious than ever before, and she's just being a good resident, and looking out for herself.

Every homeowner has the right to act to ensure the security of their home, and that of their neighbors. A situation EASILY resolved, but this young man was more interested in being a victim. I would've handled this COMPLETELY differently, and it wouldn't have been an issue for anybody. He wanted to make a fight out of it. She had every reason to be suspicious. She did what she should have. He was a jerk.

Got into a closed environment of an elevator with someone/ stranger - she assumes is doing wrong doing of some sort . Very unsafe behaviour. Then the back peddling verbal at the end - just wanting to know her neighbours - knowing and realising she over stepped The guy was brilliantly professional - kept his cool very polite - good thinking filming it all 👍

I honestly think the lady wasn't totally wrong. I am a black man if anyone tried to come in to my building using me as a means of entering to the building I would kindly like to ask that person to go back and use their own vob or key to enter the building. However, if they say they lost it or left it in the house I would ask what building number they live in for security just like the way that lady asked. I also understand we as a black people get racially profiled allot (Especially Western black people from America) and sometimes, we are on the defence mood. I honestly hope the lady and the man get along in the future. Peace and love from East Africa

Just because he has a key to that apartment doesn't mean he belongs there, he waited until she opened the door to come in because he didn't have a fob because he's not a Tennant in that building. She was 100% right because it's up to the residents to make sure the doors are closed and if he truly belonged he should have been able to open the door himself. Either way the resident of that apartment being him or the person he's staying with illegally violated their lease and can be kicked out and he can be arrested for assult because she doesn't have to open the door for him in fact he must wait outside and open the door himself for her safety. I bet dude got kicked out or even locked up. She could have pepper sprayed him out of the building because he forced her fiscally.

He didn't have a fob or he would have been able to say ok close the door and I will open it myself but he couldn't do that because he didn't have a fob because he's not on the lease of that complex. I'm right because there are signs at the doors saying keep the doors closed at all time or make sure the door is closed behind you. If it was my complex he would have been kicked out for a lease violation. People do have the right to ask questions expecially it the man can't open the door himself.

Like I said everyone in that apartment would have been kicked out for a lease violation. @Mark Donald She does not have the right to block him out of his home. Whether or not it was a race thing he had the right not to tell her where exactly he lived in the building. If she had suspicions she could have later reported it to the main office and they could see who was on their lease. (even that would still be a rude thing to do) Now tell me this, you're coming home for the night you're walking into your apartment complex and someone blocks the door and tells you that you can't come in just because they don't think you live here. Not only that but they also want to know your exact address which many people wouldn't want to give to a stranger. It's clearly an unfair situation, and assuming it was race motivated isn't out of the question. :/
