Sat 11th July 2020 (Singapore) I remember not long after I posted my comment, I attempted to graft smaller twigs of adenium onto one that has big girth but failed. Those small twigs shriveled and died. I wonder for how long a period of time do you leave the plastic bag over the crown of the plant; because rain /water gets into the gaps in between the twigs and cause rotting. I am resigned to any type of grafting because it is so time consuming and not rewarding ; although you seemed to do so simply and fuss-free.
