During a war, when a combatant uses human shields, or hides weapons in a hospital, then the attacking of said hospital is not a war crime, even if it results in innocent casualties.

Uhhhh didn't Israel GIVE Gaza over to the Arabs living there AFTER they were invaded by Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria? Nice of them to hand over some of their spoils of war (something Mohammed was very keen on) to their stated enemy, in the name of making peace.
These retaliation attacks are becoming the norm in Israel. How will they defend against people who manage to get in with the help of genuine Israeli citizens for a price. The army is too busy elsewhere which works in favour of an escalation of this sort of behaviour.
