What is Multiple Sclerosis ❓
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerves. Signs and symptoms of MS vary widely and depend on the amount of nerve damage and which nerves are affected. Some people with severe MS may lose the ability to walk independently or at all, while others may experience long periods of remission without any new symptoms. There's no cure for multiple sclerosis. However, treatments can help speed recovery from attacks, modify the course of the disease, and manage symptoms.

Its still unknown what my neurological issues are.. But yes. This is relatable. I feel so much more my self at times when not wearing clothes. Burning and a feeling of tension in the same area. Even a T shirt will upset it. In bed I have to keep turning over as it feels like im laying on a warm stone pressing into an area. But this comes and then goes again quickly. You're lucky to have partners to help you. Also you look incredible. Clearly you're looking after yourself working out and eating. I'm trying to work out. I recommended some deep massage therapy even if its hurts a little it can help a day or two later (for me) and stretching really hard the limb etc that's the source of the problem. I find it can release for a while the neuropathic pain or burning. Perhaps relaxing or releasing nerves that are firing due to damage.

Years ago I had the same thing over my left shoulder and upper left side of my chest. My doc didn’t know what it could be. He said it sounded like shingles but I did not have any rash or any visible sign of any problem. It lasted several weeks. It was painful to wear clothes and forget about a bra. lol. I’ve since had the burning sensation on and off through the years, on the back of my thighs, top of my right thigh and left lower leg and foot. I have an MRI scheduled in 2 weeks. I know what it will show. 20 years of strange symptoms are starting to make sense now. Thank you for your video, it is one more piece to my puzzle.

@Life of Seb Hi, I have some new symptoms that sway me to believe I have MS. 20 years ago I used to stand up and fall over, was no big deal being young and in my 20s, I would laugh it off. In my thirties I started to collapse and would go to a and e where I would be told its siatica. I do have pinched nerve problems in my neck and those have always been an issue. So I am fine with being told this and cont through my life. I'm now 39 and my legs seriously are drunk. When I stand up without support I walk backwards. I have constant cramps and numbness in my limbs. I have other health problems which I have managed but I have been struggling recently physically. Just walking to the shops feels like I've been on a treadmill at the gym. Thank you so much for your concern and I do hope you're OK. This video helped me so much to understand MS. I have a friend with MS so even if I don't have it then I'm learning more about how she struggles and what she overcomes daily. I can only hope the Dr's help me to figure out why my legs don't work anymore 🤣🙃

The pain I have is the same as your shoulder blades back neck and yes the burning and nobody knows what I'm talking about when I say oh my back burns. like it burns in the same area as as my pain, is also extreme itching at times. like it seems to like a pattern like burning then itching last a long time and you can swear it feels like you can feel the heat radiating off of my skin, other people have said they felt it too. it's probably one of the worst symptoms I have , I mean I just can't take it. I can take the foot drop I can take the back pain, I just can't take that burning and stress makes it act up and burn even worse.

My MS does some weird stuff sometimes, but it goes away after a month or a few weeks or even days and everything goes back to normal...ish. Like a year ago all of a sudden I had a feeling like my right foot was wet. I checked my shoe and my sock, they were completely dry. But I still had that feeling of wetness for a month or so, sometimes it would disappear for a bit during the day. Weird MS stuff.

Hello, Seb! How are you? I wanted to ask you, whether you were still able to walk....I am nearly 31 and wheelchair-bound...
@ArtemKonstantinovich
@ArtemKonstantinovich 3 года назад
Hey. Sorry to hear that. May I ask you if you do anything about your diet? Have you heard of the Wahls Protocol? Or the Best Bet diet? I know that the author of The Wahls Protocol Terry Wahls was wheelchair-bound, but as she claims a special diet helped her to walk again. I was skeptical about diets and all that, but I actually did follow it somewhat, not 100%, and I can tell you that some of the symptoms disappeared. So good diet is helpful to me. If I eat something I shouldn't be eating, like a hot dog or a big slice of cake, I feel more fatigue, I get brain fog. So I experimented enough to know that certain foods do make me feel more "MSy". I know that MS has different affects on different people, but if you haven't tried it, you should.

Hi Seb! Rick here. I sometimes get strange sensations too. Lately I've had extreme itching problems. I mean serious itching. My shoulders, arms and lower part of my back have been itching to the point of making part of my arm and back bleed. My neurologist says this is likely MS related but has sent me for a blood test and then to a dermatologist. I need to have this under control before my next Ocrevus infusion in 2 weeks. Not wearing a shirt does help, but is a bit uncomfortable, considering it's January.
