I just got one of these second hand myself! Getting it all set up and run through to make sure its good to go fly and we will be bring her out shortly!

After being an RC pilot for over 20 years, flying all sorts of planes with a 2,6m Extra 260 being the top of the lineup, I was so happy to sell it (the big Extra) and buying this small Multiplex Extra that does everything you can possibly want from an RC plane whilst being far more practical then the big stuff, not to even mention cheap and relaxing when flying. This plane is now my only and No.1 plane that I still have and fly twice a week and I'm loving it. So thank you for presenting it on your channel. I should say I use 1800 mAh batteries and they give me 4 to 5 minutes flights, with 3,75 to 3,8V still in them when landing. I have 3 packs and it's enough for me. If I want more I can charge them from a car battery many times. If you can live with a foam plane just go ahead and click this plane (I mean the current version).

If i can get my hands on one of these, I'd strip off those pants and mount a big squishy pair of Dubros on her. The weight difference probably wouldnt matter on 4s and it would plow through rough terrain like a champ 👍 Love these old videos, P Bros!! I'm having a blast watching the entire catalog 👍

Guys: Aircraft navigation lights are placed in a way similar to that of marine vessels, with a red navigation light located on the left wingtip leading edge and a green light on the right wingtip leading edge. A white navigation light is as far aft as possible on the tail or each wing tip.

A good way to remember the light locations is the words Port, Left, and Red, are all fewer characters than their counterparts: Starboard, Right, and Green. You have them correctly installed.

Unusual sound from this motor. Mine has an Arrows with a 2 blade and sounds very different. It's a great plane and they should make it today.

Great flying pilot Robert and pretty good landing. Great camera work as always captain Blaz! I have a ParkZone Extra 300 which is such a great plane (just slightly smaller than the Multiplex) and from your flying it seems the Multiplex handles pretty much the same. I can just imagine you would enjoy it. Happy landings!

Great flight! I have an extra300 carbon z on the shelf, I just have to fly that bird. It looked so fun- I don't know why I have never thought about flying it? Another successful maiden! I hope you take her up high and use the high roll rate! I hope T-shirt sales will eventually buy you guys a new longer & wider landing strip! Hey Blaz, look into a Manfrotto fluid head tripod or just the head, if you have a good tripod already... It will help with silky smooth zooming and using a tripod will help your neck when Robert goes high in the sky!

The nav lights were standardized long ago, drawn from marine practice. It is intended to allow an observer to determine the course and speed of another vessel or aircraft by observing the running lights. I have a friend who is ex-US Navy (23 years) who told me that after a while they (deck crew) could easily tell exactly what type aircraft was on approach to land just by the lights it displayed.
