Since he released I noticed he would take a bit more learning he’s so versatile, Move set is nice they could buff his shots dyring cooldown, thats all he’s missing in my opinion

Damn, he's gonna be hard to master but I like a challenge. He looks very fun

Two things I would have added are. The whip, if you hit with the tip, actually pulls you toward the enemy so you can continue into a combo. And the grenades can be hit with normal attacks to turn them into damaging projectile. Uncertain how it would work in an actual match, but you can throw a grenade forward, immediately split it, and then do a side punch to send one of the halves diagonal to hit a decent sized area with the explosions. Not sure if the axe has a sweet spot that spikes diagonal, or if it was just lag during my match.

Another good combo is 2 punches then special neutral (it will do whip instead of laser) and then laser. If you have a full charged lazer that has some solid vertical knock

Few things I didn't realize right away is you can charge the grenade to throw it farther, and you can aim it as well. If you shoot the grenade your shot will get knockback even if the snakes are on cooldown (though not much). You get more knockback if the enemy is in the grenade's explosion radius as you shoot it. And because when a grenade is out Morty shoots at it, you can use the charged aimed throw of the grenade to aim your blaster shots (for example to shoot someone close to the top of the ring at an angle). Also, if you have multiple grenades out, one blaster shot will travel through all of them, changing direction if need be, starting with the one closest to you.

Idk if im doing something wrong but you spoke on how the cool down for the raygun is short and comes back before a combo is done usually. My cooldown is a good 12 seconds for snake shot to come back

This plus the insane number of kill confirms that Players First showed us... my boy Morty might challenge Bugs for his spot of best character.

Also with the whip you can somehow push yourself to the player once you attacked them I don't remember exactly how it works but it's possible in combos and I've done it more times I guess by accident

I started using morty and I couldn’t break 200 damage most games until I started really understanding his play style. He’s good for knocking out and bottom hits. Highest damage I’ve managed is 350 so far. Def one of my favorite now

You also left out that when the opponent is near the original save point destination it does pretty good damage,(the timing is alittle tricky but when mastered is pretty good to have in your arsenal

I like his moveset but I feel like he has nothing with really good knockback for ringouts and his combos are actually garbage, do no damage and no knockback.

morty is fun but hes not a bruiser, he doesnt have any set up moves for killing man, hes fun to play as but not really a bruiser in my opinion, probably should have been a mage

i feel like the character classes are BS lol.
