Mumbai is special because it competes with Other Indian metropolitans like Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahemdabad & Bangalore to become the financial centre of a 4 trillion $ economy. U can't compare this with Abu dhabi, Bangkok or kuala Lumpur which are the only pillar and single economic hotspot of their respective nations !!!
