Whoever reads these hoardings?. I have been driving for over 60 years and have never looked at any hoardings. Nor used the hoardings as landmarks to find anyplace or address. Most of the hoardings are made by illiterate welders. Most of the steel used is of the lowest quality which are made from scrap which can be bent by hand. Most of the stuff catches rust within a week, perhaps less than a week especially in Mumbai. They use the same members both at the lower and upper levels. The Municipal corporation and the police should be held responsible and jailed for life. Apparently for these guys lives other than theirs is of very low value.
Hoardings लावणारे आणि MCGB MUST BE held responsible for such activations. Hence forward such hoardings are not to be installed .Must be banned such advertisings totally.
