do you measure the weight of the product before putting it in the poly mailers ? or after

Have you experience the scale completely die and won't turn on? I just got mine for 2 weeks and my scale won't turn on with the adapter plugged in.

Oh no! This hasn’t happened to me before. Contact customer service and have them send you a new one. I’m not sure why that happened.

I mainly use it with the batteries. The adapter is my backup.
