So agreed, our generation just happens to have a lot of people that are inspired by our own creativity and have seen the reasons why our economy has tanked over decades (thanks to self-education), we're actually thinking/learning about how to sustain ourselves...Hell yea with supporting local as much as you can! We've got a lot to balance between realizing that we're stuck between a lot of people's mistakes, our own, and trying to help the future in preventing their own...so here's to us!!!
When I think "hipster" I imagine a pretentious, too-cool-for-school person who thinks everything is lame. These guys were friendly, positive, and upbeat. It is in fact possible to dress "hip" without having a "hip" personality.

The food regulations in the U.S are awful, food portions are way oversized compared to the rest of the world's standards, and there's a massive obesity problem across the entire country. Not trying to hate, just saying.
I live in Indianapolis and the food scene sucks.... There is practically nothing like any of these restaurants or any of the restaurants on the Munchies episodes. I'd love to open a small unique place but the majority of them fail around here. I knew someone with 2 bar/restaurants who had to close because fixed costs alone were insane and people just don't eat like this around here.... In my neighboorhood alone there are 5 bar's/restaurants for sale because of lack of business. It's sad.
