Choose again the book is amazing, the online course is even better. Applying daily with some form of movement Therapy (for me dance) has been the magical combination for self healing. I'm so excited to participate in this Satsang! So sorry to hear Jon Mundy had covid twice this summer/fall. It gives me hope because the body just does it's thing even when you are so living the Course in Miracles. I know Jon has spoken about having had heart problems and even cancer and he keeps on ticking. These are wonderful testimonials and these teachers are beautiful symbols of aging, grace, wisdom. I am a bit annoyed because I thought the 'Choose Again' therapy consisted of only 6 steps - now I find Diedrick actually was initially 'saved' by Holotropic Breathwork. Thankfully he is open about this.
Actually it wasn't him typing. At one point he was talking with his hands, you can see his hands on the screen and yet the typing was going on. Just need to mute all others.
