I 100% believe him. I personally had car thieves in the family and NEVER would they have crossed that kill line. A thief can just be a thief. It doesnt make a murderer. Im thinking its the ex.

@@007jynxhe definitely killed the woman. He was worried & admitted that if he was seen by anyone & cops were involved, he would get 20 years minimum. He avoided every one that night but then all of a sudden, he goes up to this person & touches this person, hell nah! I don’t believe him at all, he made too many mistakes on the stand.

*He's just flat out a weirdo. His mannerisms, his expressions and his speech patterns. He's literally the definition of "shifty" and like a character straight out of a B&W prison movie.* He starts trying to be bashful and emotional at times and it's so very bizarre and unnatural. *He's literally trying to convey a deep sadness at times and it's just a really bad performance.* I can tell the car picking was just a way to get out into the darkness and start looking for trouble well beyond stealing minor belongings from vehicles.

@@007jynx who, Michael Ayala?? lol! *Look, the worst part about Bolanos is I think he might be telling the truth, but his story gets really bizarre.* I ran with hoodlums as a kid and "car picking" was rampant amongst some of them. *I know of some really wild stories that happened to them and was with some of them when it happened.* I can't imagine any of them calling the cops if we happened to find a body.

More important, it is the dude who confessed, now that is even freaky that we have a suspect, who recants, while looking guilty as hell, and another lover who says he does not have a key, lots to choose from!

@@007jynx after seeing and hearing the ex-boyfriend, he made this guy look like the textbook normal! *I take great interest in false confessions in general, but the confessions of people who admit to something with absolutely no memory of doing it are truly bizarre and puzzling.* This guy also fits the textbook example of an autistic and emotional basket case that has all the earmarks of someone that could do something like this and not remember, *or being so very much the opposite and utterly incapable of harming a fly!* The police really blew it because this guy needed a deep dive after hearing how mentally ill he clearly is! *I deeply pity the jurors on this one.*

t@@JonDeth Agree! I am just as confused as to why they took the boyfriend's side, without detaining him, and investigating his story. He looked like he was a meth head, crack head, just sick. Just think he is not the one on the stand, and has no charges. Yep, the police really failed to investigate. Did u ever have the thoughts of mentally ill as it relates to this crime, but changes his mind and and backs out! That is just what he did. 😁

Okay, are we just going to ignore that even after he was locked up for 2 weeks over this “confession”, one he didn’t remember, & the police found zero evidence in his apt, car, body, clothing, at either location, & were able to prove he was home, on his phone on multiple sites to verify his whereabouts, that we are just going to convict him, without any evidence or proof? Nope, that’s not the way it happens in the USA.

The defendant's testimony with his attorney might have been planned between the two of them. On the other hand, the testimony almost sounds like it's a 50/50 between guilty and not guilty. But there are still some parts of the testimony that don't make sense, like him trying to stay away from bystanders and his decision to touch the dead body before walking away. The state's examination on him will have to show evidence of the knife, his phone being tracked, and any videos of him entering or exiting Woll's home.

He's been protected by the powers that be, that's why he wasn't arrested and didn't give out his name when it first happened! Nobody wanted to give out his name, the crooked police officers in charge and the police chief, everybody that was involved were hiding his identity!!! Why? Because it was a hate crime!!! This case almost mirrors the Gareth Pursehouse case. The ex bf confessed. Once he had time, he recanted, but he confessed completely on his own before being questioned. All her injuries were to her neck & head, with a knife. That's personal. I don't think this man did it. They're using his criminal lifestyle against him. Most thieves are not killers. They stick to a regular MO & don't suddenly change up.

@@BehindTheMaskTrueCrime Thank you. On the KR trial, the CW did not prove their case, leaving no doubt she was guilty. What was proven though was a houseful of cops, destroyed & deleted evidence that they knew would be a part of the investigation & the investigators, who were in charge of the case, were friends. Including the judge. The lead investigator was bias, unprofessional & profane. The CW deliberately misled the jury on the shop video, making a cover up conspiracy seem possible. Those facts alone are worthy of an acquittal. Sadly, because of the lack of a proper investigation, JO will not get justice. You would think cops would do everything they could & by the book in order to get a conviction on an accused cop killer. That didn't happen. The cops in this case did everything they could to remove themselves

@@8Platinum8 I highly agree. I live by the motto from queen Elizabeth " I only bathe once a month, wether I need it or not". Many people do not know this, but the body cleans itself over time. I refuse to adhere to modern day products that push me to be unnatural. Like you said, women are best when their hair is natural. Growing all my red hair out helps protect me from the sun.

Guily after he testified. He made way to many mistakes with his explanations of how he was trying so hard to not be seen, but then walks up to someone and touches them. Makes no sense. He also had her blood on his jacket & book bag. Doesn’t matter if it was microscopic & we don’t know how many times he tried & had washed it.

I guess I'm feeling a bit torn. On one hand, it is possible to be in the wrong place at the wrong time... BUT my Daddy always said, "If you will steal, you will kill". I am more inclined to believe that his thievery was escalating and that he had advanced to home invasions. He probably didn't go out with the intention of murdering someone. And yes, thieves do not want to encounter the owners of whatever they're burglarizing. However, there have been countless incidents of a robberies gone bad. Either way, he would not be in this situation if had not been out stealing 💯.

I understand why he took it to trial. I think he did it but I can’t explain why there isn’t concrete proof he was in the apartment. I think that’s what this case hinges on. If even one juror believes that it was not establish beyond a reasonable doubt he went in her apartment, that will be a hung jury minimum. Her ex bf confessed that he killed her because had a bad reaction with marijuana and anti depressants.

But a man who supposedly killed her in her home with all that blood everywhere, must be guilty because well, something must have made his DNA disappear from the home? Oh, n of course he had no need to take her purse, car keys, credit cards etc., that were visibly out in the open, even tho he’s a confessed car thief who was out there literally searching vehicles for valuables? Not to mention that one of the officers also admitted that he actually moved her purse/cards from its original place to the kitchen table where it would be less visible? I believe he’s innocent. Of course he would lie at first. I’ve never had a charge and I’m a middle age white woman…I’m not even sure if I would want to be involved. Let alone this gentleman, I hate to admit but it’s understandable..It’s unfortunate but he had to freak out. No blood on him or very minuscule. I’ve found a person dead and I checked their throat first…there is blood and not pleasant. I actually wiped the blood from the face to my pants. I was in shock….i did call the police, but like I said…I’m a middle aged white woman. I hope he doesn’t get sentenced.

Also, I hope that a juror belongs to a “not so perfect” family. Drugs, stealing is so much different than murder. IMO.
