Murtagh's Top 10 Greatest Moments | Outlander 

Murtagh was honestly one of my favorites, right at the top with claire and jamie. He’s a loyal romantic with honor and respect... literally burst into tears when he barged into the wedding😭 his life was basically giving love and sacrificing everything to the ones he loved.

The moment before the wedding when Murtagh tells Jamie Claire's smile resembles Ellen's is another beautiful moment💗

My favorite one is when he laid vengance at Claire´s feet and gave her the head of the Duke of Sandringham

Such an amazing character. I also loved the bit where Murtagh sits in front of Claire with the dates on the 1900s written down on parchment to ask her about them

The sweetest soul and genuinely romantic..He offered to marry Mary,stayed true to the woman he loved and took care of her son till his very end...It hurt me truely to see him go

Okay good list, but where is the reunion with Claire?! That one was the best scene ever, when he whistles and she turns knowing it's him.

"I'll be dying with ye" if only he knew it would be true...... At least, he died in his arms..... I'm a bit sad there's no reunite with Claire as it was very nice also ! But to me, the 2nd, with Jamie and Murtagh reunite is the most beautiful reunion of all Outlander universe. Thank you Duncan for making Murtagh alive ♥

Jamie’s Godfather portrayed remarkably well by Duncan Lacroix was the most Loyal and Steadfast character in “Outlander” among many fine actor’s, he was constantly keeping vigil of Jamie as he promised his mother and the woman he loved that he would, and then of cause that in time automatically transferred to Claire also and he remained so for the rest of his days, I believe like all “Outlander” lovers Murtagh will be the most missed, all ten ‘Great Moments’ to my mind are most memorable, the most poignant I found was No.2. when they reunite after searching so long for each other, the look of disbelief and then illation on their faces was astonishing! also the scene were Jamie tells Murtagh to go and not be easy to find (by the redcoats) was heartbreaking! Jamie/Sam’s reaction was off the charts, and my heart is still crying for him, 😢

After Claire and Jamie, my favorite character ; the most faithful Jamie's companion, I love him !

The cut scene where Dugal says to Martah you so and so "you insult my integrity" and Martah tells Dugal " if you had integrity" ...would be great to include that line. Also to include Martah explaining to Jamie if you marry a Sassonech you won't be able to carry on after Collin...Dunkin is a major loved player throughtout Outlander...a very good actor, adds so much!🏆
