Rich-Never met ya, but thank you for being an inspiration. I used to be 400 lbs solid fat, now 21 months later 168 lbs and on my way of being fit, one day, built and 215-225, oh ya, I am 45 years old too. R.I.P. bro, you seemed to be an amazing human being.
He also motivated me also I was 300 lbs 2 months ago no I'm 270 and dropping ,I just brought myself out of the at risk category and it all started with a Rich Piana video. R.I.P BIG RICH

No kidding. Not terribly inspiring come look at the fenced in freaks on display. Decades ago when the guys still looked athletic, it was absolutely great.

I cannot understand the physics of the stomach abdomen area. Most people hv a round belly too and cant have abs to show? How does he have ab muscles? This whole routine has no ab workouts. I find it quite fascinating
how does muscle beach work? do you have to have a pro card to go lift in there? Or can normies come in and lift too? And if so, why isnt that weight area packed? Are people just intimidated by the big boys?
Lol! idk ? ....yer right though, I've seen them in welding shops, but never gyms ..... I just roll my big one's around the gym floor, which is funny haha, cuz I'm always almost hitting people (NEVER HAVE so far)with them lol! plus I imagine it's kinda funny to watch the effort I'll go to , to conserve a lil strength and energy lol! which always seems to baffle the weaker smaller humans in there for some reason? ......lol!
To whom it concerns here .. with all due respect to Rich i think? him quiting leg training and just focusing on upper body ONLY during this time in his life might have helped that with his core atrophying lol! and everything else getting bigger haha...... I'm always talking crap on him for that haha , but I wouldn't exactly call me a hater though....
He probably felt like CRAP!!! he had ENLARGED HEART. I'm sure all those numerous chickens he would eat in a day!!! Thinking foreign, (another animals protein) could benefit his body. How we've been deceived by books and educational systems!!!
Who remembers Rick Genest Zombie Boy the tattoos from head to toe? I know Rick Zombie Boy has nothing to do with Muscle Beach. It would make a great photo of Rich Piana and Rick Genest. What do you think?
Rich was smart in his knowledge that why compete for a trophy when you can put that time and effort into building a brand, a business and making money.
