Hello Dave...ive been watching your videos recently. I have a bellicon and just no able to do a healrh bounce at 4 month post op for left knee replacement. So far so good..starting slow. Hopefully by the end of summer, i hope to be well on my way. You're like the Jack LaLanne of cellercising! You're a great motivator and instructor! Thank you!

Your pendulum analogy is very encouraging. I keep feeling that once the weight starts to move it'll go quickly, but I really didn't know that for sure. It gives me hope that I'm on the right track.

Hey Dave, I've been having foot problems for about 4 years now since I went through police training. They made us run an obscene amount...very damaging to the body, especially lower. I am hoping that this workout, especially the modified health bounce will help my feet and legs recover. I just finished the workout so I'll let you know in a day or two how it feels. 🫡🇨🇦

@@cellercise Update for you. Went shopping most of the day Thursday with my wife. Feet hurt at the end of of the day, but the following days the pain that I usually get was diminished quite a bit. I'll definitely use the modified health bounce more often as a substitute for the regular version. I'm hoping it will help my wheels strengthen and repair damage and restore mobility.
