I'm definitely sold on the Cellecise. I don't care about any squeaking bcuz I can't hear anyway. 😆 I want the faster and more muscle-effective bounce. I even like that the Cellercise has shorter legs. As you said, the Bellicon is more for fun jumping and it looks like fun jumping, which is two different kinds of jump. So, I want the Cellecise for serious muscle work, and I may get a Bellicon too for that fun jumping.

From Nick - I have been rebounding for many years and wanted a new one, after much investigation I discovered the two most expensive, The Cellerciser and the Bellicon rebounder, the Bellicon was much more expensive so I bought it , thinking it should be the best. No way, it’s worse than anything else I have tried, it immediately hurt my feet, specifically my arches, because it made my feet pronate inwards. I tried many variations of bouncing, barefoot, anti-pronating runners, etc. no luck, still hurt me. The bungees also frayed after one week (it costs $75 to replace the bungees), the sellers said I needed the extra strong bungees, still no difference. So, next I bought the Cellerciser, this one was perfect it had a nice soft bounce but not too deep, and the pad moved downwards with my feet, rather than tilting into the center. I can easily jog or bounce high or low, because the pad seems to adjust to the exercise, it’s the best. Many thanks.

I have the 49" bellicon. Extra strong bungees in hopes of making the mat tighter. It is a Cadillac rebounder..but becuz it is a softer bounce the workouts are slower movements. Where the spring rebounder allow for more faster footwork type of workout. I see a cellarciser in my near future.

Totally agree w/you. I've had my Cellerciser for years. Have never oiled the springs. They make a very, very low squeek. Certainly nothing that's at an annoying level. Feet can easily pronate on a bungee cord trampoline. If you jump high & hard, you can bottom out....that can cause serious physical damage to YOU. Buy a Cellerciser & the expense is done. Buy a bungee cord tramp & you'll be spending to replace the cords every so often. Yah Cellerciser!

I believe you have the incorrect bungees on that Bellicon - you can see it - you are dipping in too far and your balance is demonstrating that - you need extra strong bungees to be able to run or jog on a bungee rebounder or even exercise vigorously - key is getting the right bungee strength and there are many different Bellicon bungee strengths for what one wants to accomplish on their rebounder. The bungees on this Bellicon in this video are probably not strong enough for what you want to do - I guarantee if you get extra strong or ultra strong - will make a world of difference on that Bellicon :)

@@hootiebubbabuddhabelly There are handle bars for the Bellicon. I have one but admittedly don't use it. It's very high off of the ground. It's beautiful and I loved it when I used it. But, I think I'd like the cellerciser the only thing that scares me is that it would really hurt my back. I had a harder rebounder before that had springs which was 300.00 and it killed my back.
@hootiebubbabuddhabelly
@hootiebubbabuddhabelly 2 года назад
@@danacaro-herman3530 Can't say that it wouldn't, as I had feet and ankle issues, not back issues, but it's not "hard". It didn't hurt my feet or ankle at all. The Cellerciser is adaptive. It adapts to your weight, your strength, your rigor and your abilities. Just like a ROM machine - except it doesn't cost $15,000 or require maintenance, other than oiling if a squeak bothers you. Being adaptive, a Cellerciser is a whole other class of "rebounder". I wouldn't even call it a "rebounder" because it's incomparable to all others. Like a ROM machine, only better. Smaller, WAY more portable, WAY cheaper and infinitely variable with the slightest twitch of any muscle or set of muscles of your choosing. All of that on TOP of a far greater range of adaption. The Cellerciser simply becomes what you need, when you need it - and at the speed of thought. FASTER, even, than the speed of thought. Thought isn't even necessary as it changes right along with any change in you. Whether you even know you've changed or not. No adjustment necessary. The springs AND the mats of a Cellerciser, are actual, industrial, engineering advances that are applicable in any number of industries from space flight to baby beds. Things that could not be done before can be done now because these engineering advances happened. And, here's a little dose of reality - the manufacturing quality, the quality of the raw materials AND the price point of this machine - and it IS a machine - are 100% dependent upon the continued existence of one man. And he could be hit by a truck tomorrow. Even if the quality continued at its current level, the actual value of a Cellerciser, from a corporate/industrial standpoint, is MANY times more than he is charging people today. Can you name anyone or any corporation who would even WANT to step into this man's relationship with this machine and the well-being of everyone he meets? I can't. It's his passion - and he's dead serious about it - ALL of it. Dave Hall is precisely who and what every con man on the planet wants you to believe they are. He's the archetype of real and incorrupt business, industry and capitalism. He's what every corrupt politician, businessman and capitalist wants their "constituents", "customers" and clients to believe they are. Dave Hall is "The Real Deal". Not an angel - who is? Not immune to the corruption of others - who is? Even somewhat heartbroken, he seems to stand undefeated, integrity-wise, and dead serious about what he's doing - with regard to the Cellerciser. Business, industry and capitalism BEYOND the corrupt, petty, sociopolitical, "Look at how cool I am!", money-grubbing garbage it has morphed into. Success - measured in something infinitely more real and more valuable than money. And this is way too long and I doubt anyone will read it but I've already trashed an even LONGER comment so I'm posting this one. Thank you for the inspiration, Dana!

Springs are much harder on your body I had one with springs but threw it out and invested in a Bellicon less jarring on your joints
@cellercise
@cellercise 10 месяцев назад
Without resistance, you get little or no benefit. This Cellerciser will flex yours cells and pump your lymph system many more times per minute than a soft, bungee cord unit will. There’s little benefit in jumping high unless you’re doing tricks. Your body is simply floating. The resistance occurs with the acceleration deceleration, which is within a couple inches above and into the mat. The Cellerciser is not jarring but it does offer more resistance for better results.

I wanted to buy the Cellerciser soooo bad because after seeing Dave's video and how fit he is, I really wanted to use the rebounder for my cardiovascular exercise but I never rebounded before so my friend let me try her rebounder which was nice and firm like the Cellerciser and I started off small, doing the health bounce but soon afterwards I had one of the worst headaches of my life, my head was actually POUNDING and I could feel strong pulsations at my temples. Later, I did some research online and discovered that some people could experience severe migraines with rebounding as the brain could bounce around the walls of the skull, which can result in severe migraines. So Dave, I really need your help. First, do you know about this occurrence with rebounding and migraines and secondly, does this mean that I could NEVER use the rebounder ever again??? I tried doing the health bounce on two separate occasions and twice I had to cut the exercise session short because that terrible pounding headache would start quickly while I was on the rebounder. Please Dave, do you have any advice for me??? I need an answer to my question BEFORE I purchase the Cellerciser. I did my research and the Cellerciser is the one that I choose. What do you know about rebounding and migraines, please help me Dave. Thank you for your help and advice.

If it’s not a Cellerciser that you were using then it probably doesn’t offer you the same benefit. If a rebounder is too firm that could mean it doesn’t have enough movement and can cause a jarring affect at the bottom of the bounce. My Dad was permanently disabled using a “firm” rebounder. The Cellerciser has resistance but with movement and without jarring at the bottom of the stretch. Https://cellercise.reviews/client_reviews/anonymous-8/. This is Glenda S.’s testimony.

Bellicon is superior in one area only; their business model. They get to sell multiple bungee cords per unit until you find the right ones (a nightmare if you have multiple users) and then sell many more over the lifetime of the unit as they wear out. 💰💰

The bungee cords loosen naturally over time just like rubber bands do. You have to keep adjusting them and strengthening them. And they start to make noise after a while too if you don’t replace them.

That’s the whole point of investing in a Cellerciser. The springs don’t stretch out. The mat doesn’t stretch out. Anyone saying different is trying to mislead you. My Personal Cellerciser is over 19 years old and has been jumped on by thousands of people. I use it every day.

I agree. I might buy a Bellicon if I was young and rich and daring but, for health? No. For health, I want something that's going to BE there, no matter what. With the cellerciser, if I want to get daring, no problem. If I'm weak or otherwise "less-than", no CONTEST. I would not trust any other rebounder to back me up - or to back anyone ELSE up - if I/they was/were in any sort of compromised state. Ill or injured or just old and worn out. NO CONTEST. I will say that, to be honest, if I was young and rich, I'd probably have both. One for fun and one for seriousness after I hurt myself on the other... ROFL!

It seems bellicon there isn't much resistance. That's what you want is weight bearing to get results! I watched you use both and can see why people would want one or the other. I own cellerciser and love it. Plus it's foldable. I once was going to order leaps and bounds for the bungee experience but it doesn't fold and that was a no sell I do not have room to keep it up all the time. I am not interested in jumping really high and it looks very unstable compared to cellerciser. We owned a big trampoline. Fun very fun but that even broke the metal we welled it once and it broke again. See ya went in the trash. Bellicon makes noise too if that is anyone's complaint. Not that quiet
