It's human nature for us to look at others who may be bigger, more ripped, stronger, and perceive them as better than us. And that can sometimes be de-motivating.
In this video, I give you some other things to think about when you feel this way. Because, again, it is common and so many people struggle with this but don't want to admit it or talk about it.
