I am far from doing MU. Your technical breakdown of doing the MU is spot on to visualizing the movement and what muscles and joints are involved in completing them correctly. Excellent video. Thank you.

Thank you! Biggest difficulty for me is using my legs to help me kip out of the dip when swinging back. I end up going up into a dip and then strict dipping up. So after 3-4 RMU I'm "done" - your slowmo videos are really helpful!!
