Hello there! Hope you had as much fun watching this video as we did putting it together. So many muscles in this region to learn! Tell us what is the most difficult muscle to learn in the upper extremity? After this video, you should be ready to test your knowledge on the muscles of the upper arm and shoulder blade. Check out our complete quiz here: khub.me/aqjbq Have fun learning!
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to learn about what is human anatomy and physiology 1 try Laophiaa Cranial Blueprint (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got excellent success with it.
hey ,if anyone else wants to learn about online human anatomy and physiology try Panlarko Anatomy Course Planner (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got cool results with it.
I was wondering if muscles situated in other parts of the body can affect the tension distribution when punching. I've heard that in boxing its not just your arms but your core and leg muscles which help generate force, said force is largely dependent on mass and acceleration yet the elastic energy coming from muscle tissue contracting then releasing in impact may have a part to play. Could you clear up any misunderstandings i have and give feedback on whether other muscle group affect other muscle groups?
hey ,if anyone else wants to learn about anatomy and physiology training try Corbandy Simple Physiology Crusher (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my co-worker got amazing success with it.

As an artist I find this extremely useful for learning muscle anatomy. One thing that would make these better for my usecase would be seeing the muscles when the arm is in different positions but just getting the basic understanding of what kind of muscles there is, their shape and position is really useful^^ So don't know about medical school but will likely end up sharing these to my fellow artists^^
I really enjoyed the clarity of this video. Thanks for making it. I do feel like we have more muscles than we need for movement, yet each muscle would have a specific function (probably in conjunction with others). I'd love to see what movement each muscle is responsible for or contributes to. I am a climber and I'm watching these to figure out what muscles are hurting and how I'm causing the hurt.
Thank you, i'm taking myology in school. And didnt understand the origin and the insertions about each muscles. Hope you put their actions too. It'll really help
the announcer made it a mistake, at 8:26 where he mentions there are 5 muscles on the rotator cuff. The shoulder of rotator cuff 4 muscles, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapular, teres minor. Teres major is not rotator cuff.
(14:52) The wrong muscle is being highlited at the given time. (Teres minor is highlighted when he says infraspinatus muscle. The supraspinatus muscle is being highlighted when he says teres minor muscle. The infraspinatus muscle isn't highlighted at all in the summary. )
Excellent explanation of upper limb 🙂 so impressed.. It's just clear my all doubts.. Hoping to see futher more videos that help us out from doubts & confusionn
Thank you very much for the lecture, would you kindly add movements that are performed by the very muscles and the innervation 🙏 the would be of help. Thank you.
I had tried to learn about rotator cuff muscle 2 years back on Orthopaedics but it was temporary but after watching this lecture video i am sure it got permanent on my memory.@SITS
Initialy the study of human anatomy may appear extremely complicated. It's true that it's complex and your studies will not change that. As for being overwhelming, that can be eleviated if you take your study one step at a time. I found an article on Sebs Study Crammer very useful for this.
Great video.. But, please stick to either Left or Right arm in your illustrations. It’s disorienting if your pictures show the right arm for a muscles and the left arm for a another. It’s easier to follow if you use the same side every time. This applies to the foot and leg also and any symmetrical body part.
Great animation 😍😍 ,very informative I really hope you provide all the videos with Arabic captions so that they would be in the reach of the Arabic speaking medical students
As usual , informative videos in simple way !! Also it's an impressing developmental step to provide arabic subtitle .. looking forward to seeing more of your fascinating videos ❤❤
Can you tell me what I did to myself. The arm is bent at the elbow at 90 degrees. It is placed behind the chest. Palm pointing back. As if you were leaning against a railing. This railing rises sharply. Now I have pain in the shoulder. I can't bend my biceps or its hard to me. Have I damaged a short biceps head? Or coracobrachialis is damage. I can lift my whole arm forward only 45 degrees. How can I heal this trauma? How can I cure this stretch?
