Actually Muse has many more good songs than Queen. Queen, like many other of those considered historic bands or artists, are a phenomenon whose fame keeps growing like a snowball without any real reason. Just the masses turning musicians into gods. I like Queen, but they don't have more than ten really good songs. They are not gods. Some people will get mad at what I said, because now Muse is just a rock band and Queen are gods in their eyes. Even funnier is that most of the people that consider Queen gods only like their five of six classics.

Just Queen 1 + Queen 2 + Sheer Heart Attack, not even counting A Night at the Opera has like 7 or 8 masterpieces like March of the Black Queen, Liar, Father and Son or Now I'm Here among others If we go beyond just the three first albums then you need your hands, feet and a couple of friends to count the masterpieces or at least great themes. If you're an ignorant who only listens to the mainstream single hits at least have the decency to shut up and not embarrase you like that.

But I sincerely believe that Queen has objectively way more than 10 great songs... I say this as a fan who knows their complete discography with around 150 songs. Maybe you also have listened its complete descography. In that case I don't have anything to say and then we just have different tastes. Im a huge band of both MUSE and Queen. I also see resemblances between both bands: both give great importance to the grandiosity and spectacularity of concerts, stage design, visuals. Both have a great sense of show (Queen pioneered that and also the music video). Both have multi-talented members. Matt multi-instrumentalist, guitar, piano player and singer. The wide range of styles throughout their albums, refusing to pigeonhole. (Queen played rock, hard rock, heavy metal, pop rock, glam rock, funky, synths, symphonic...).

You can hear the Queen influence in all their albums is very prevalent. I truly feel that if Queen kept making music it would be just like this song Muse = Queen from the Future :)

I agree. Muse has some highly emotional songs. Matt has exquisite ability to put emotion into his voice,piano and guitar.

@@marko247 It came out a while ago in my country and lots of people listened to it, which most of them seems to agree saying this is a mid song, or even that Muse shouldn't try to copy Queen, so yeah... still, i imagine it's going to be better for Global Release, but still not as loved as KOBK or WSD...
