Jacob I have level 2 autism. I feel so alone and misunderstood. When I watch your channel I find comfort and feel less alone. I don't get out very much. Thank you for providing me a healthy way to cope and providing me some relief during a difficult period in my life.

I have autism too and it really is comforting to see Jacob's channel. I can't quite explain it, I guess because he doesn't hype things up in a super over the top way, it's kind of calming instead? That's Rick working on that dino bone at about 12:00. My father in law was largely responsible for getting that museum built and his paleontology company was based out of it for years. My wife and I worked for him there for a while, working on fossils like that. He's retired now.

I love it when Jacob invokes the euem rule, and this museum is why. The Super Spooky Skeletons fighting the skeletal Mammoth and giving Jacob the giggles was my highlight of the video. Does anyone else love this as much as I do? Yes, Jacob. Yes I do.😂😂❤

I got to visit this museum about 15 year ago. Maybe your camera changes the light and makes things look differently, but when I was there, the room with the huge dinosaur necks soaring above you like arches was very dark and dramatically lit. It almost felt like walking through a church. Absolutely beautiful! I will never forget it. That and the giant turtle! Thanks for stopping by and showing this. I loved it!

Your gal pal mentioned the 1940 "Brigham Young" movie, and it is right here on YT and well worth a watch. Dean Jagger as Brigham Young, not Charleston Heston, although you can see the Moses analogies. Tyronne Powers and Vincent Price as the original Joe Smith round out a good cast. The locust scene is quite dramatic. A nice Hollywood treatment to counter the cynicism of "The Book of Mormon".

I grew up going to that museum. A lot of us just call it the dinosaur museum 😂 but that shark you have on the thumbnail always terrified me when I was little!

I loved the fossil museum! I have collected and hunted fossils since I was a child. I found a whole Mosasaurus tooth in north Mississippi and it's my top find. How crazy is it how much history is right under our feet! Please be careful in Vegas ❤

Mormon crickets, not grasshoppers. They are two completely different species. Also the mormon crickets are what have been plaguing a few of the westen states for the past few years. They are huge, they are loud, and they cause a crap ton of problems in general.

Very cool to see someone checking out Gilgal! and HooDah! Most visitors give both a miss, for sure. When I was a teen Gilgal (& Hobbitland) was a favorite place to visit on acid. Probably still is. There's also a mural of portraits: people killed by cops.
