I’ve had some good burgers in my time. I love a good Swiss, melted Swiss cheese and mushrooms, roasted mushrooms, and caramelized onions on a burger. That is hot stuff. You can get that at a number of different places.
This is my favorite too!!! When I was in the service I was stationed at San Diego Navy Training Facilities, and the on base bowling alley sold them. They called them Seattle burgers for some reason. Thanks for the great video.
Sounds like a great memory! Seattle burger, maybe because in the PNW wild mushrooms grow everywhere.. I am just across the border from Seattle and right now is mushroom picking season for sure!
There's nothing like a delicious mushroom swiss burger to satisfy your tastebuds! ► ► QUESTION: What's your favourite food to cook on a flattop griddle?
I’ve had some good burgers in my time. Uh I... I love a good swiss, melted swiss cheese and mush- roasted mushrooms and caramelized onions on a burger. Uh that is hot stuff, you can get that at- at a number of different places.

We've come to expect amazing food from you, and you nailed it with these gorgeous Mushroom Swiss Smash Burgers. Love it that you toasted the buns on the flat top as well. Excellent work Jabin!
Hey Jabin...unless you are cooking that 2nd burger for the camera guy, those buns look like they could handle a double patty, double swiss. Looks delicious!
Those buns could handle that second for sure. You are right though, the second was for the camera guy .. MEEE!!!... haha.. I do it all which is why i needed two burgers.. bahaha.
Yes sir, that is a great combo of flavors, where did you get those buns, they look way better than what I can find at my stores...Great cook Jabin, Thanks for the post. Do you sell your rub?
Thanks man, super tasty! Those buns are from a more company called "Portofino" and they are AMAZING! For the rub I do sell it, send me an email at postalbarbecue@gmail .com - I have both the Original and the Mad Cow Beef Rub bottled.
I will try a smash burger, but have had these at Burger Baron. They are awesome burgers. Stay safe & take care of you all. Thanks for sharing eh:))@@PostalBarbecue
For whatever is said about a thick burger, there's something simply marvelous about a smashed burger. The caramelization and crust on the patty can't be beat. Nice to see that you actually did it correctly. There's another channel I'm subscribed to and the cook did it all wrong! Totally put onions and stuff underneath the patty, eliminating any chance of the crust. It was silly! 1) CHANGE THE MUSIC BACK!!! 2) How come there haven't been any interviews? I know why. Because everyone you ask says "NO! NOT UNTIL YOU CHANGE THE MUSIC BACK!"
Thanks man! I think we would end up in jail and charged as being burger smugglers. Sooo I say you fly me down and I’ll fire up your griddle for you so you don’t have to 🙌🤓
