Ingredients :
- Olive oil
- 1 shallot
- 1 onion
- 400 g of mushrooms
- 10 cl of liquid cream
- 1/2 liter of chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Serve hot with a few strips of raw or cooked mushrooms
