Highschool. First time I heard them I wasn't sure, but I was also ignorant to metal at the time, a year or two later, after falling in love with Protest The Hero and having an obsession with Guitar Hero (LOL) I heard Wait and Bleed for the first time and it clicked. Been a Maggot since. You should check out some of the tracks off the .5 The Grey Chapter, there's some amazing work on there you would probably appreciate.
