music is pure magic - it stimulates the mind (and soul/spirit) more than anything. it is both the solution and a leading problem depending which "number" you are "tuned" into all is vibration and tone - it has been said that light is an ultra high frequency sound. is there a limit to how high or low a frequency can go? 😉
I think it was Krishnamurti that said something along the lines of "it is no sign of good health to be so well adjusted to such a profoundly sick society"... so yeah..proud Kali Yuga outsider here lol I'm also a big music fan here so looking forward to hear some of your suggestions

I have a question - what are the implications of a lesser known medical condition called 'visual snow'? Since I was a child I would see multi-colored purple, blue, and white "TV static" overlapping with everything I see. This condition went away with age for a while but then eventually it came back stronger than ever when I started doing 'trataka' meditation. What is this? Also sometimes during certain intense spiritual exercises I see these "waves" that look like scrunching blankets made of water. I once saw it while breathing in deeply and twisting my spine in the steam room, and another time when I did your prana breathing exercise sitting down. What am I seeing? How can I harness what I'm seeing for my benefit?
i used to see that - matter of fact i can see it now if i try. i used to wonder about it because you are the only one to ever mention it. - meditation - losing focus on the material while keeping your eyes open. looking @ the space in between. water and ice create rainbow spectrum of light and air is full of water (humidity). maybe we are just able to see the water in the air refracting light.
