Just want to say the “I’m not sorry” part is actually a pun, because the word “Sori” in Korean refers to “noise”. The album is called is another pun between (“no easy” and “noisy”) when you say “no easy” fast enough it’s sounds like you are say “noisy”. The lyrics and Korean language in the song get a little more complicated. It’s quite interesting. The song was created because many people said their music was noisy, so they went on to prove that their “noisy” music works for them and they are proud of it. I can go on forever, but it’s wasn’t said for nothing is what I wanted to says. It’s a little cheesy, but with a purpose!

The English title is 'Thunderous' but '소리꾼' (sorikkun) is the name given to the vocalist of pansori, traditional Korean music.

It's not all a drum set and other standard western instruments. Traditional Korean instruments (among them the cymbals you thought were standard crashes and hats, the bass drum that's not a western bass drum, the kinda tom-sounding drum, some of the horns, and the flute/pipe bit you thought was an Italian influence) are used throughout. They become more and more dominant as the song progresses, until you reach the outro, where virtually all of it is the instruments of several traditional festivals/performance styles (which is what all that stuff is that's surrounding the SKZ members in the apparent chaos at the end scene -- you can see some of the instruments if you look). Basically, you're hearing it with an understandable but inaccurate western bias. (I did the same, at least for the percussion, the first time I heard it, until I figured out about halfway through that something was up.) You're not hardcore into SKZ and can't be expected to know much of the background stuff, but the root of this song is basically a massive f*ck-you to the constant harassment and derision SKZ receives for making "noise music" and not being in line with mainstream Korean tastes/not being "Korean enough." So they went all in on making this the most Korean song and vid they've ever done (there are a lot of things besides the music and setting that you won't get, which is fine), and they used the tools of traditional Korean artistic sound-making that has centuries of history of being "noise" af. Basically "our very culture embraces this history of noise, and we're doing the same and will even show you by using those ancient instruments and (in one rap section) flows, so KMA." The English title is indeed "Thunderous," but the Korean title, "소리꾼" (soriggun -- the word they belt out numerous times as kind of a vocal percussion moment on the drop), technically translates as something like "singer" or "sound-maker" but more specifically connotes a traditional type of Korean singer who performs a particular noise-making, storytelling role. This is SKZ tying themselves to traditional Korean artistic/performance history and declaring themselves the next iteration of masters of artistic "noise." (Lyrics aren't your thing, so you won't know, but this kind of layered-meaning stuff is something SKZ is known for.) Anyway, if you listen to it a second time with the knowledge that a lot of the instruments aren't what you first assumed, it's really interesting to pick up the little nuances of the traditional instruments.

You've never heard a bad Stray Kids song because that word simply doesn't exist for them!

I'm sure someone already mentioned it, but the "I'm not sorry" is them punning by using sorry = 소리꾼 ("sori," which sounds almost the same as sorry when it's being spoken by the two Australians who do that part). Two of them are native English speakers (the two who do that part), and two more have a serious love of wordplay, so they make use of Korean/English puns and wordplay in almost every song.

That part you didn’t like would make sense of you read the lyrics. I’m sure you would get it when they talk about the haters.
