Mu-so 2nd Generation wireless music system, was reengineered for a better performance, functionality.
I was surprised just how much sonic progression the Naim Mu-so 2Nd brings. I use the originals Naim stands. Not cheap but good!
The new processing is capable of 13 times as many instructions as the original Mu-so, and all inputs are upsampled. Naim has made an better digital timing too, extending the duties of the system’s Master Clock.
The sound ist better. Both in terms of tonality and quality, the Mu-so 2 walk all over its predecessor when it comes to dynamics and rhythmic and detail,
The new Mu-so 2Nd have a better performance, extra sonic insight, an HDMI socket.
I made this test with my mic Sony Cam Mic.

What is the maximum size of the room you’d think the Naim MuSo2 can be used in, if one listens to music in the 70-80 dB range? Also, you recorded at 1 m distance. Is it good only for near field? Or does it sound good (dynamics and details) say even from about 2-3 metres? Further, did you find it sounds better placed back to the wall or if pulled out into the room by a foot or two?

Hi Sachin! An average living room size is already properly filled with sound from MUSo. The sound is good, compact and dynamic not only in the near field but also in the 2-3 meters or in the whole room. Like almost every good system, Muso also has an option to adjust the sound, on the wall or free, i.e. more than 0.5 m from the wall. As you can see in the video, I placed it against the wall and selected the "Wall" Positioning in the app menu. That sounds pretty good. It makes sense to place the device against the wall because it was Naim's sound philosophie to place their devices on the wall, because 80% of buyers place their loudspeakers directly in front of the wall anyway. So why construct a free field loudspeaker that is not set up like this later in reality. So I recommend putting it against the wall and choosing the -3dB ( the "wall") setting and enjoy the music that you like.

Witam, czy ten sprzęt zrobi wrażenie przy filmach akcji ? Do muzyki wiem ze wypas ale czy do filmów też sie nada ? Czy bedzie grał lepiej niż budżetowy soundbar z subwooferem ? Szukam sprzetu do muzyki i filmów. Proszę o opinie ?. Z góry dziękuje.

Liry jeszcze nie znam, ale tłumacz google pomaga mi... Również moja odpowiedź brzmi; zależy od tego, co jest dla Ciebie ważne Naturalne odtworzenie głosów, które stanowią większość w filmie (w tym dialogów) lub miażdżący bas, co i tak nie zdarza się tak często. Ponadto MUSO jest przeznaczony do realistycznego odtwarzania muzyki, a nie soundbara. Chociaż świetnie sprawdza się również jako soundbar. Ale w tej cenie są urządzenia, które są bardziej soundbarem niż MUSO. Na przykład Nubert nuPro AS-3500 za około 970 €. Ale nie jest wszechstronny, nie potrafi odtwarzać muzyki tak dobrze, jak MUSO. (Mówię o realistycznej reprodukcji naturalnych instrumentów i ludzkich głosów, więc żadnych elketro disco/beatów orgii...) Ale musisz też nauczyć się „poprawnie słyszeć” Ty też kupiłbyś go osobiście i pomimo jego „słabości” w basie, a nie soundbara. Poza tym wszystko w życiu ma swoje wady i zalety. Decyzja jest twoja. @@janosklotz9509 Helló, köszönöm a választ. És mi a véleményed: bang & olufsen beosound stage vagy sennheiser ambeo vagy Denon DHT-S716H. Előtte volt egy Focal Dimension plus Air sub Focal és gyönyörű hang volt számomra. sajnos garancia hatálya alá került, és nincs lehetőség a javításra. Ezért most ugyanazon vagy jobb szinten keresek valamit. Cserébe az üzlet kínálja a Mi JBL BAR 9.1-et

@@Lotnik911 Witaj Lotniku! Podstawowe pytanie, dlaczego naprawdę chcesz głośnika soundbar? Wolałbym kupić dobry, prosty, aktywny zestaw stereo. Brzmią lepiej i są uniwersalne do słuchania muzyki. Sprzedałem swój system Sorrund 5.1, ponieważ nie lubiłem go aż tak bardzo…. Ale cóż, osobiście nie przepadam za soundbarami JBL Klang, podoba mi się, że Beo brzmią lepiej. Ale nie ma tak dużych różnic między różnymi markami. Nikt nie brzmi źle. Więc to, co kupujesz, jest kwestią gustu. Jeśli chcesz usłyszeć, jak inżynierowie dźwięku miksują muzykę i filmy, kup aktywny zestaw stereo Genelec. Większość studiów i stacji radiowych ma aktywne głośniki Genelec lub zestaw KEF LSX1 jako monitory.

@@janosklotz9509 Olyan felszerelésre van szükségem, amely intelligensen és tisztán fog játszani. A beszélgetést a tévében kellett meghallgatni, és ha szükséges, jól eltalálta a basszust, akárcsak a Focal Dimensiin az Air subval. Nem akarok mozit, mert nincs sok helyem. Ezért szeretem a legjobban a filmzenéket. Nem tudok semmit egy sztereóról, hogy jól össze lehessen rakni. fordítók a google-on keresztül is. Tudom, hogy kicsit másképp fordít, mint amennyit el akarok mondani, amit ír 😀

PRESENT NAIM IN 3 WORDS OR LESS: Low build quality. Must be left on constantly drawing massive electric current. Expensive recapping REQUIRED every 10 years. Use of overpriced DIN cables. Always an option to buy a new PSU for "better sound". Proprietary star-grounding mess equals incompatibility with other equipment without hum. Loudly humming toroid transformers. Famous Naim speaker hiss can be heard from 3 meters away with 87db speakers. Zero soundstage, only pounding exaggerated mid-bass. Naim "PRaT" is a marketing gimmick. Cold, steely, metallic and abrasive sound equals immediate listening fatigue. Naim repair service requires several months of unit immobilization. Naim has lost 3 CEOs, 2 Marketing Directors and countless technical engineers in the last 2 years. Naim INSISTS on using ALPS blue velvet potentiometers for balance and volume control which are ALWAYS imbalanced and SKEWED either left or right. It impossible to have a centered musical image for stereo listening with Naim equipment. Naim STILL will not update the omerta on using non-Naim speaker cables as they threaten this will "blow up" your amplifier because of inductance, resistance and capacitance values. Naim is now obligated to demo with Focal speakers, and vice-versa, due to the unnatural and illogical marriage of two brands managed by Vervent Audio Group. This entity is managed by Cedric Boutonnet from Saint Etienne, France and who doesn't give a SHIT about Customers in general and the Naim brand in particular. It is a well-known and well-documented fact that Naim and Focal do not work together and should never be in the same system. Imagine associating Naim with beryllium tweeters = instant ear bleed. Shall I continue? There's lots more to be said.
