Scott is such a real and genuine guy. He never got influenced by anyone in there and they clearly hated that. He's also a savage who gave us the best one liners 😂😂
Tyrique hated it the most because he wanted to be alpha of all the dudes and Scott didn’t pay him no mind, Tyrique was the one who said he was a game player and convinced everyone else he was.

Exactly and all because Scott wasn't gushing about her to the lads but he never said anything bad about her and it's a shame also his pride got in the way after Casa and they couldn't have had a proper conversation without everyone else butting in but I can get why as Catherine was pretty mean to him the day after trying to get everyone else involved but she's young and inexperienced so have to cut her some slack. I hope they do get back together but if not I'm glad they're in a good place now.

Him and Whit were my favourites on the show! Such a lovely interview. So sad that he and cat didnt work out but they were super cute. Glad to see that theyre friends and he is defending her. He seems like a great guy overall and def rooting for him. Also thank god he called out kady for running her mouth as per usual.
During the season no one wanted to hear that maybe Scott and Catherine were sabotaged and Catherine wasn’t the demon everyone wanted her to be but no one wanted to listen until Scott said it. It was obvious everyone was in her ear and in that type of isolated situation of course she started to believe it. I’m happy he clarified he wasn’t bullied even though everyone was so sure Catherine made everyone bully him. Catherine is owed an apology from the public. Her treatment was so uncalled for.
... and Scott also said in this same video that at the end of the day, she made her own choices and that he never gave in to what the others were saying... So yeah, that choice was on Catherine no matter how you slice it. Oh well ,¯\_(ツ)_/¯

People have to leave them alone. Scott said multiple times in this interview that his pride was hurt and his worse fear came true in Casa. It's fresh and being rehashed at every turn. Let him and Catherine be friends until they both get peace after this LI experience then his stubbornness might ease up. 😂

Attention seeking people will always hate on genuine people who mind their business for no good reason. As much as Ty and Sammy grew on the audience, they were the main instigators and they hated that Scott couldn’t care less about them! Interesting that he said “some people were playing more of a game than me” my mind went straight to Sammy. I KNEW Scott would come out and spill the tea 😌
Scott and Locum were not for the other immature young men. I also liked Whitney and at one point was for Catherine. Scott took up for her and she did not see it.

Its nice that Scott defended Catherine from hate and took accountability for what he did wrong. Even better that he’s not doing all the interview circuits all islanders frequent.

We Scott fans never did say he was isolated, it was the Catherine defenders who tried to use the argument that if nobody in the villa likes Scott then he must be the problem, now that the narrative is debunked it just removes any incentive to believe Scott was in the wrong
They were the only couple that could have beat Jess and Sammy! it's obvious now that the islanders sabotaged their relationship because they sensed that they were a popular couple on the outside. Scott genuinely seemed to real and normal for these people
Love this interview, all the right questions were asked. Plus it’s so engaging, i like how Scott explains things.. seems so authentic and honest. The fact he’s not even into the social media space and some lying islander is trying to call him a game player. The guy’s just honest and real.
You can’t fault someone who has watched the show a lot, because a lot of us have, and we know that wheever there’s a breakfast in the garden expect to see a visit from the host. If there’s a themed party something is coming, a recoupling or a dumping. Beach club party guess what someone is being dumped. Girls go out for a spa day or boys go on a outing bombshells show up. Don’t really think it was a coincidence that when Kady came in, I bet she was told to pick Zack to recouple with. Molly’s dumping was not a surprise. That was all staged. Think about it if Kady had chose one of the other guys if the girl he was coupled up with was dumped, there is no way they would have bought her back.
Yes 👏👏 all part of a crafty played out storyline because no way was Zach making the final with another girl and Molly as nice a girl as she is wouldn't have had a storyline without Zach either.
Kind of but you’re getting the Kady bit wrong, they didn’t tell her to pick Zach, they -knew- she was going to pick Zach and that is why they chose to bring her in when they did to pick Zach so Molly could get dumped. They study the Islanders and ask the bombshells a lot of questions so they can control the narrative. It was obvious Kady was going ti pick Zach even before she came in.

We need more Scott! Wish he would come to the US and be the Bachelor or something! Or be one of the guys on the Bachelorette and go on Bachelor in Paradise. I was shocked to hear there was a lot of negativity aimed at him. I actually saw a lot of support and love for him on social media.
Scott is such a Mood.....Love how he spoke of Catherine in a positive light, yet able to reflect that she has her own mind and shame people got in her head. He needed to take time out from Islanders Like Mitch and Ty. I do not blame him it's a lot 🤣. I think he making the right decition just enjoy his friendship with Catherine and see what happens naturally. Never say never 😁😂. A lot of respect for you Scott and Catherine, a little grafting or a gesture sis to make it up to him ❤. We grow from life lessons, I love that you have your friendship.
I get Catherine moved mad in Casa but what did he expect when they were open and he did not lock it down or express the extent of his feelings.On top of that he really wasn’t doing that much for her, like I am sorry no once in the while coffee in the morning or breakfast at the villa. Forget if you are not into that kinda stuff at the bare minimum he should have put something in her suitcase. Comparing his couple to the others in the villa lowkey doesn’t make sense cause none of them had the whole villa and casa telling you the guy you are coupled up with doesn’t rate you. Everything is heightened in that villa and there’s only so much of those types of comments you can take on the outside let alone in a closed space. Like I agree that Scott’s feelings are valid and dignified but cut Catherine some slack aswell- she didn’t go about Casa in the greatest way but she was valid in how she felt and was feeling at the time.

He's playing it up. People are acting like Catherine was crazy for moving on, & that everyone in the villa was crazy for side eyeing Scott. when the reality is he did & said things that made his "feelings" for her look fake.

This was such a great interview love how scott spoke about catherine. You can tell that he really liked her. He seem still annoyed about casa amor. Which is fair enough. Iam glad that they are friends sometimes just friends is safer anyway.
All those in the final played the game of becoming exclusive, in love, girlfriend/boyfriend at certain points of the show as expected... So good on you Scott for deading off non- showmance relationship

A lot of times if people accuse you of something (without a reason) it’s because they do it themselves and they project their own intentions onto others.

Scott and Catherine would’ve won the show if the others didn’t sabotage them. I can understand his point about Catherine being her own person and she doesn’t have it listen to others, but I understand why she did what she did. He needs to swallow his pride, Tyrique did that for Ella and they’re so loved up. Scott clearly still likes Catherine, should give it another go, especially as they’re on the outside world now, in a different setting.
Scott/Ty really did have similar casa experiences lol and just handled it two different ways. Everyone be sabotaging each other in there it seems like either intentionally or unintentionally

@@lf67hh28 actually he did unintentionally, he told Catherine he preferred her to leah which leah found out and got annoyed, and then when leah thought the door was still open Scott pied her by taking Catherine to the terrace kissing her, once leah found out she went to Montell Rejected

Some ppl should stop behave as if Scott is innocent in the destruction of SCOTTHERINE. He didnt communications effectively & efficiently to & with Catherine. Notwithstanding, I say: Catherine with her CONFUSED mind & feelings for Scott, should have just MOURN out Casa, secured the day bed, cried if she want to, but come back single. I found both guilty. Outsiders saw their weaknesses & preyed on them😢
And he’s owned up to all the things he didn’t do. He more or less confirmed everything Catherine said and then defended her from the hate etc etc. I actually like him more for constantly saying Catherine’s right on more or less everything. I’ve noticed on twitter that there’s barely any hate now.
I'm in two minds. I kinda like Scott he was his own man in the villa didnt follow the Ty crowd. But there is a side where I feel he's smart and has been calculating during the whole time he was in LI. I think he liked Leah as a passing fancy, but I don't think they really clicked. Leah is too sensitive for Scott's brutal honesty. I still don't get while a lot of the other islanders did not fully trust him or his intentions to Catherine. Yet his words and actions don't match, although hindsight is a wonderful thing. If he was so wowed by Cath, I can't understand why he didn't fight for her more and just cut her off. I can just imagine how enraged he was when she picked Elom and the two days of ignoring her following that. Scott had a big part to play in why things went wrong, but we didnt see it, and thats why he he speaking so nicely about her now as his actions caused Cat to get hate and death threats. Scott must have been shocked to see that. Cat probably felt at the time, it proved her decision to pick Elom was the right one. Unfortunately Elom sold her a dream, used her to get into the villa and for clout. Elom has been shading her on sm, he is not a gent. But clearly Cath's love language is needing her partner to show their affection, which Scott didn't do consistently. Scott sits back and does things when he wants to do them. I'm pretty sure Scott is the kind of guy who likes to be served coffee and breakfast on the terrace not the other way round! I think Cath and Scott have good banter and will make a good friendship if they pass this phase. But not as a couple, although I think they had amazing chemistry. Scott and Cath are young and not ready for a serious relationship. I like Cath btw I think she's a sweet girl, but she also needs to work on herself and her self-esteem. The world will not change how it treats and views bw, so we have to conduct ourselves in certain ways when we are in certain spaces. I will be interested to hear what Whitney, his villa wife has to say about what went down between Scott and Catherine.
I question some of his responses and explanations to the Catherine events🤔. Anyway the show is over, Catherine and Scott will never going to rekindle things. Everyone moves on.👏💕👏
That’s interesting, because some of the misgivings you’re highlighting is why I think his responses make perfect sense and why I think Scott’s a very honest person. I love Catherine, she’s so beautiful, but I do find her a tad naive. There are nuances to this and I hear Scott when he says his pride was hurt, I feel like if she hadn’t kissed outside of challenges then it would have been a different story.
Notice the only question he didn't answer entirely was the one where Jodie asked if those feelings are still there when he first saw her at the final screening.
Of course a Black woman gets the villain edit without a redemption arc. They clearly resolved their issues and the producers refused to air this. But good ole lovely White blonde Faye and every other demonic white contestants were afforded the luxury to clear their names and redeem themselves. Scott literally said that the narrative post casa was completely wrong and people are still hating Catherine? But ohh no Racism doesn't exist 😊 we are all just imagining things😅
