Thank you! Congrats on your union🎉💕 If I may offer a suggestion for outside events because sometimes it can get windy, it'll be a good idea to weigh these down. I would either put sand the PVC pipes or you could fill them half way with cement.

Hi Mary sorry it's been so long ago I don't recall the sellers. Whenever I make purchases on AliExpress I go based on price and customer reviews and customer photos. That's always help me.
