Mustang Island/Padre Island Beach Access Rd. 3 BTB Kayak Fishing Trip
Aug. 8-9, we did some surf shark fishing the first evening and then in the morning we went beyond the breakers (BTB) targeting King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, and if Logan were lucky again Mahi-Mahi.
The bite was off for King, between myself, son, and another seasoned kayak BTB fisherman, we didn't get one King bite/run. I hooked a decent size black tip shark and Logan hooked up to a spinner shark which eventually got off.
