onion:-1.5 kg
ginger and garlic paste-8tbsp
Bay leaf-4 or 6
Tomato-500gm
salt-as per taste
Garam Masala- 5 tbsp
cumin seeds- 6 tbsp
Red chill-6 tbsp
Turmeric-6 tbsp
oil-300 gm
Desi ghee 1tbsp
Jafal powder - 2 tbsp
Javitri powder- 2 tbsp
