A real ploughman's dinner. This recipe starts with reconditioning an old rusted and forgotten plough disc, the perfect frying pan for open fire cooking. Slowly braised MUTTON TAILS in a mouth-watering tomato sauce served with mielie pap. Best served with great company. You will want to take a nap after this meal!

Recipe
∙ 2.5 kg Mutton tails
∙ Canola oil
∙ 2 Onions
∙ 1 tablespoon celery salt
∙ ½ tablespoon chilli flakes
∙ 1 tablespoon mild curry powder
∙ 1 tablespoon fine coriander
∙ 1.3 kg canned tomatoes
∙ Salt and pepper to taste
Mielie pap
∙ 2 liters water
∙ few pinches of salt
∙ 700 grams mielie meal( maize meal)
