These are awesome! I can seriously not get enough of them! And here in South Africa a braai is just not a braai without skilpaadjies! They are delicious! I love liver in general but skilpaadjies is on a totally new level of yummy! I don't like the store bought ones so much though. But this recipe looks devine! Thanks for sharing.
