I can see how you guys are confused about the era, this anime takes place in the Taisho era which was between 1912-1926 but this is most likely the 20's with the styles I see of the people in the city. Tanjiro is from rural area where it's not very modernized compared to Tokyo

Yeah it's funny when Tanjiro and Inosuke sees a train for the first time, if i remember right Tanjiro things its a god or something and Inosuke definitely thinks it's a demon and Zenitsu's like bruh it's a train it takes you places

Ufotable is legendary in anime, they normally do vidogames turned anime like the fate series. Fate Zero is another work of art worth checking out that is just as well animated.

As much as I want every animation to be this quality, we have to think about how low pay and overworked these animators and manga artist are. Japan needs to solve this issue because these companies are exploiting their employees and paying them at minimum because they can. They can't even complain it to their seniors or managers because they are underpaid too. The money goes to very top.

The studio that does this is Ufotable and theyre amazing, after they did Fate: Zero and Fate: Unlimited Blade Works I thought id never see such amazing fight scenes again until i watched Demon Slayer, they are one of the few animation studios that blends 3d and standard animation so well, and with that they give fight scenes such great choreography and the characters proper form when they fight, its just real gorgeous animation
