Great special effects and battles, but what this movie suffered from was a weak story and repetitious actors with silly dialogue! I barely tolerated the human actors in this film and some of the stuff that the CGI creatures did was often over the top! The producers and director must have trying to equal the unbelievable 'superhero' extravaganzas with explosions, destruction and blinding light displays! Please don't follow the same fiascos as with the Marvel and D.C. comic universes! Godzilla is a mutated reptile... not a quarterback in the Superbowl running in to score a touchdown! Treat him like the prehistoric behemoth that he is... not the "Big Super G!"
