My favorite cod, it has the best campaign of all the games, it's the reason cod is as popular as it is now, the series has been on a decline since Bo2, but the reason people still play the new cods is mainly because they want to re-experiecne the old days of this franchise, when it was good. But if the franchise keeps on its downward fall then it'll never happen
13:00 "Ghost! Come in! This is Price! We're under attack by Shepherd's men at the Boneyard. Soap, hold the left flank! Do NOT trust Shepherd! I say again, do NOT trust Shepherd. Soap, get down!"
"Private Allen! Come in! This is Sgt.Foley! We're under attack by Makarov's terrorists at the Russia! Ramirez, hold the left flank. Do not trust Makarov! I say again, do not trust Makarov. Ramirez, get down!"
Is it just me or when I first played this mission as such a little kid, something felt off about the mission. I didn’t like the vibe I got from it and was nervous to actually play through it. Could see my gut feeling was right :(
That moment when you realize how full of shit the people in power truly are. Without a doubt one of the most powerful moments in gaming history. "History is written by the victor.... History is full of liars!"
Lt. Ghost: Ambush! Targets! Left side, Left side! Random tf141 soldier: Ambush! Scarecrow: They've got this area presighted for mortar fire! Lt. Ghost: Counterattack into the smoke! Push push push! * Heavy gunfighting *
@@erenhidiroglu7889 Yeah, that´s the best part, I almost always cry on that part and I pretend to be Roach having a gun and runing at the same time that I hear that song:)
11:45 The old and wise general stared at the hologram before him. The hooded Emperor, recently disfigured by the traitorous Jedi, crackled in the shimmering blue light. "General Shepherd. The time has come. Execute Order 66." Shepherd saluted the hologram. "Yes, sir." The hologram fizzled out just in time for the door to Shepherd's Pave Low to open, revealing the Caucasian battleground, and the two special forces operators fleeing for the helicopter for their very lives. One was limping, barely able to hold his weapon as the other, skull-masked operative desperately aided him towards the safety of their friends. Shepherd walked out of the Pave Low to meet them. "Do you have the DSM?" asked Shepherd, in his usual gruff voice of command. "We got it sir!" replied the man in the skull mask. Shepherd gripped the handle of his signature .44 Magnum revolver. "Good! That's one less loose end."
"Roger that. Firing javelin. Danger close." "Javelin, danger close. Get back from the road! Bloody hell, these trucks are bulletproofed!" "Moving vehicles have been neutralized. We have not, I repeat, we have not spotted Makarov and no one else has left the house. Those trucks may have been decoys over." "Roger that. We're advancing on the house now. Clear the perimeter!"
“Ghost!! Come in this is Price! We’re under attack by Shepherd’s men in the boneyard, Soap cover the left flank! Do not trust Shepherd! I say again, do not trust Shepherd!! Soap!! Get down!!!”
2:13 All clear. Squad, regroup on me. Scarecrow, photographs. Shepherd, this is Ghost. No sign of Makarov. I repeat, no sign of Makarov. Captain Price, any luck in Afghanistan?
@@UnickversalStudioNMS Shepherd: Copy that. Ghost, have your team collect everything you can for an operations playbook. Names, contacts, places, everything.
Considering that Ghost suggested that he and Roach take the Safehouse, somewhere out there there's an alternate universe where Soap and Price took the Safehouse instead while Roach and Ghost took the Boneyard, and Soap and Price were the ones who died and Roach and Ghost killed Shepherd and were the protagonists of MW3.
when i was younger i felt off that we were given an m9 on this mission, since in all other TF-141 Missions, we were given other types of secondaries, like in takedown, a M1014, and the G18 in Hornets nest, and etc..but it also Made me feel off the ambience of it, the filth it was, kinda easy to get on the safehouse.
Since Modern Warfare 3 happened exactly after Modern Warfare 2, I guess it's safe to say he was already on the way to kidnap the Russian president and his daughter. They were successful and most of the president's security detail (you being one of them known as Andrei Harkov) were killed (you were also killed).
@@brawlstarssponsorships oh my mistake. I was talking about the intro of mw3 and made me assume that Makarov was already on his way to kidnap the Russian president and his daughter but thanks to your correction, I now know it took two months of planning.
Bois in 2022. How childish. You hate this mission because you like the newer fast pace call of duty missions so you dont understand the true potential of this game nor mission. Go play some historically inaccurate call of duty Vanguard and dont ever touch a call of duty game that came before 2013 again.
@@shikihayate it's longer but not sadder. They made the Wolverines one for the death scene, then once it was built in game, the theme needed cut to match the pacing of the scene. Then the full length one was implemented into start of Wolverines
