Where he ended up appointing politicians to his cabinet to safeguard his Political ambitions over economy. No wonder his team cant delivery any government programmes,.including very simple fertilizer Subsidy programme. H.E Mwai Kibaki, will be remembered. His FPE programme was such a success to extent that we kenyans, are ranked as most educated population on the African continent. Rest Easy Mr. President.
