You nailed it with the first thing you said. I've been saying it since it came out, it gets hate because no one wants to take the time to figure it out and get good at it, everyone just wants to be good off the rip and this game has a learning curve. It immediately gets 10x more fun once you figure it out.
Bro!😂 True AF🤣 I hated this game at first! Was absolutely dog shit at it. Literally by the second day I was tearing shit up and my bike wasn't even close to fully upgraded
As a player who's set a lot of top laptimes back in All Out, I can definitely agree that the game is only really fun if you're good at it. That being said, Legends is pretty similar to All out aside from it's ground Physics. Part of me is thanking myself for playing Dirt Rally 2.0 because the corner handling is pretty similar to rallying a car. It definitely takes a bit of time to learn but it's definitely fun once you get a handle of it. Tunes are more important than bike choice, and player skill trumps all. Great game with a great skill ceiling imo, these mf's just don't like suckin
Okay hopefully any of y'all who are in this comment section or the creator of this video can answer my question but I'm like literally on the 2nd track of this game in career mode you know and I can't seem to get the bike to jump high enough for the AI characters are like soaring above me and my characters missing the end of The jump by quite a bit and bouncing off the back end of the jump and it's making me super slow what can I do to make the goddamn bike jump higher it's like even with the damn preload when you know on the right stick down and then up I have a PS5 by the way downing them up on the damn stick is for preload just like almost every one of these other games I know cuz I've been playing them since I was a kid but even with the preload it doesn't seem to work very well and I don't understand what I'm doing wrong I'm using the clutch on every corner I'm going as fast as I can do everything and barely breaking almost ever at alland it still doesn't seem to be enough it's like the bike is a bogged down or something is it because I have to stay in the lines where the roots are specifically so that the bike will go faster or what is the issue cuz I'm really struggling here and I don't understand it
Dude thank you so much for the tips I loved when you said “people hate it just cause they suck” had me dying and btw James is the fastest and best rider but racer goes to Ricky!
A man you hit everything on the nail I was getting frustrated when I first got the game but I put in them hour played around with my tuning I went from coming in last too being in 1-3
How do I get the camera view to be like it is set on this video My camera view is locked into me being on the bike I would like to get back to the camera view that you have on the video that I'm watching
Digging the name brother. I played the game for the first time early this morning. Heck of a first or second tip, because I have to play on manual. Automatic with a clutch was a disaster for me.
I just got this game because it’s on sale so this vid helped me and probably other people even tho the vid is 10 months old but I do have a question is there differences on branded bikes I hear a lot of about this and I’m unsure about it
I am playing on PC and can not find how to upshift and downshift I am using an xbox controller. i hate playing with an auto transmission. What are the upshift and downshift buttons?
The thing that pisses me off about online is everyone trying to hit each other. For some reason when I get hit, I get knocked all over. When I hit someone else doesn’t affect them.
Because the ping is so bad in this game you can hit someone and they don’t get hit on there screen and people hit you and on your screen they didn’t hit you so long story short don’t try to hit anyone because it doesn’t work 90% of the time
@El Puppy Jr I actually didn't know they had a 6th game but I just bought the 5th one on sale so is cool. I'm interested in the 6th game now though I'll definitely look into it
Thanks for the tips and for the record I dont suck at it but I still have a problem with the physics, I absolutely hate how the bike feels it's like the devs have never rode a dirt bike in their lives. Leaning in the air just feels so awkward like it leans the wrong way
@@elpuppyjr nah I dont think so, it's a problem with the physics not me lol. Something still feels wrong dont you agree? I cant put my finger on it, but it's like you cant do fast small scrubs or whips, only big slow ones
@@Steezy93 if your riding a 450 that’s why each bike has a different rotation speed 125s can whip and scrub anything 250/250f are in the middle but a good bike setup for 250s is needed for the good looking scrubs and whips and 450s are a lot slower for those I have no input on cause I’ve been on a 250f since the game came out but personally I don’t feel like anything is wrong with the physics besides on 450s cause there way to slow other than that I like it
nah it’s hated also bc there’s genuinely problems aside from jus physics. like straight bugs. the defence from y’all is pre much “games hard u can’t handle that.” well 1. it’s not that hard but where it is is for all the wrong reasons (buggy physics, horrible slide mechanic and auto crash glitches.) 2. it takes the worst aspects of simulation games combined with the worst aspects of arcade moto games to combine and create prolly the worst physically formed mx game to date
