Can't see any sign of bullying only a middle lane hogger that doesn't know the basics of driving but can always criticise others. The centre and outside lanes are for overtaking and you use the left lane otherwise. The hgv was faster than you so you should have pulled over. Hgvs can't use the outside lane.
Its wasn't that the Wren truck was faster its limited to 56mph, the car driver taking the footage was going too slow, he speeds off into the distance at the end of the video, he was going too slow to create fake outrage, you see that in a lot of these video's.
You need to learn the rules of the road and how to drive mate. As others have said it was you who is in the wrong by hogging the middle lane. Bang out of order to put the registration number of the truck on here when he did absolutely nothing wrong.
Im a truck driver we have people hogging lane 2 all day its infuriating, you should be using lane 1 unless overtaking you are actually comiting a violation and the fact you dont know that and put it on youtube shows your understanding of the road.
Simon, learn the rules of the road. Keep left unless overtaking. I saw only one driver at fault and that was you. The amount of frustration drivers like you cause on roads up and down the country to other road users probably cause a significant number of accidents. Hand yourself in with your camera footage for 6 points on your licence and a £2,500 fine and consider yourself getting off lightly.
The comments say it all. Middle lane when you could easily have moved over to let him pass. Then when he gets pissed off with your lane hogging, goes to overtake inside, suddenly you speed up. Pillock. Take some driving lessons, you surely need them.
Hope you read all the comments, & hopefully learn from them, the truck is probably limited to somewhere between 52 ~ 56 mph & he's catching you up pretty fast at one bit, so not only are you being a nuisance hogging the middle lane, you are being a bigger nuisance hogging the middle lane under 50mph. Why are you actually on the motorway when you are a hazard to everyone INCLUDING YOURSELF........ Car vs Truck, only ever one winner, just use some common sense & self preservation if you have any. The truck driver has a job to do, contrary to some beliefs they are not just out on the roads to be a nuisance to other road users. If you don't like motorways, dark, wet weather or driving then stay home, most people will thank you for that.
The truck driver has done absolutely no wrong. As others have said, the middle lane is an overtaking lane. If you are not overtaking, move into lane one.
Simon that is some of the worst driving I've seen, you should be ashamed and embarrassed.... in fact I think you should be charged with careless driving and made to resit your test 😢

The Wren trucker did nothing wrong, your the one at fault learn the rules on a motorway or stay off it, You're a very bad driver one day you may end up hurting someone because of your hate for truckers
